Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Room is cool, decent size, facilities complete with international plugs. Clean toilets, great shower. Location - quite a walk from mrt stations. But just use the taxis since it's cheap and convenient. Many eateries nearby. It's on 12th floor, easy to find, feel safe, access is through 2 small elevators. The downstairs door is close at 7pm, entry only with access card, good security. Have many fliers, postcards and souvenirs as well.

The location of the Urtrip Hotel is convenient, there is a family mart just below the hotel, and a 6-minute walk to Nanjing Fuxing station and 5-minute walk to Breeze centre. LiaoNing night market is within walking distance too. There are a lot of food varieties along the way to train station. Daily room service is provided to ensure we have a clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. Laundry service is subjected to availability.

The soundproofing a wet-dry area in the bathroom isn't great.

I love the mural in the room and just the street its on with the worn out buildings that makes the place unique. The MRT is within walking distance and I felt completely safe walking around. There are food options around, but I need to go back. I just arrived after a typhoon, so most places were closed, including the night market which was within walking distance. Seems like I need to go back.

The water heater in the shower took awhile to heat up, but I was able to make it work. Also, it was nice having cold showers at times because of how humid it was outside. Other than that, I would totally stay there again.

Near to MRT station within walking distance and bus stop just right downstairs. Nearby has a lot of eateries and Liao Ning night market has a lot of nice foods

Bathroom has a high kerb before enter it. No anti slip mat provided for bathtub. Shower curtain should be covered till the bathtub level.

The location is great. Very close to the train station although we did take the public transport as Uber and taxi ride in Taipei is pretty cheap. The best is the Family Mart just on the ground floor of the hotel. The room is cozy but for a family of 4, it's too small for us especially with all the luggage opened on the floor. There are actually no cabinets to unpack our clothes. The staffs were very helpful. They were doing our laundry for us! I give them a 10.0 for that!

My husband didn't really like the very soft bed. It hurt his back like crazy. No cabinets to unpack.

We were able to book the room really cheap (maybe because the quarantine protocols for tourists were just recently lifted when we booked the room. Almost TWD 33,000 for a 14 day stay in their deluxe quadruple room.). The quadruple room was very spacious (you can literally dance in the room), beds are big, basic necessities were provided, the toilet and bath were really clean (super important for me), location was convenient for us who had to constantly go to the Taipei Arena (about 10mins walk only), laundry and potable water station are available and free to use, the staff were friendly and helpful, and most of them can speak good english (especially Chris), a Family Mart store was right beside the hotel, a grocery nearby (about 5minutes walk), a bank beside it if you need to do foreign exchange, and so many nearby restaurants that are quite good (a food market about 7mins walk). Try the fried goods (like homemade doughnuts) from the friendly aunt selling at the side of the street right before you reach the bank!

Not sure if it was part of the safety protocols due to the pandemic, but they told us that they will not clean our room for the duration of our stay. Not a biggie for me coz I usually clean the room even when on a trip. Just can't imagine though how to clean the toilet and bath, and change the sheets if you stay long there. Didn't get to ask about it so better contact the hotel if you plan to stay long there. The aircon remote was attached to the wall so if you want to adjust the room temperature in the middle of the night you have to get up and walk all the way to the door. Lastly, there were times we had wifi problems but since we rented a pocket wifi that didn't bother us so much.

Love the dry and spotless shower area. Love the Christmas deco as we arrived 😍 Love the free snacks at the front counter. Love the customer service. Love the free laundry. Love the family mart below the hotel.

No window room was not too comfortable for my family. Usually we pick no-window rooms at other hotels but we didn't feel much . But a no window here somehow made us feel stuffy and we opted to upgrade to a window room and felt much better afterwards.

Reception was prompt. There was free laundry services and the staff even helped us with the washing+drying. The hotel also provided us plenty of refreshments everyday. Overall, room is clean and in very good conditions. Showers are very strong too. The staff also helped to look after our luggages after we checked out.

The front of the beds "sank down" - probably because people always sit down there. Both the queen size beds have the same issue. Aircon is hard to adjust. We asked for a bfast recommendation place from staff and he told us "GOOD TIMES" cafe which turns out to have minimum spending criteria and informed to us only at the end of our ordering. Not much food options at the cafe too.

Hotel staff were friendly, the location was very good with many buses nearby! The exterior of the building may be misleading but it’s safe and convenient!

The room was abit small but still managed to make do with it, some ants in the room but nothing too serious :)

Free snacks. Location- close to bus stops, train station, view of Taipei 101, cleanliness, new towels daily, new bed sheets every 2-3 days.

The staff didn’t speak much English so when I rang and asked to speak with my daughter in our room, they told me they would ring me back later, rather than transfer me.
