Lovely hotel (once you pass the downstairs entrance!) Great decor, the staff was very friendly, we could see she was nervous talking in English but she was going very well! The bedroom was decent-sized, clean and comfortable, loved the amenities. We slept very well, couldn't hear the other guests much, there's no window in the bedroom but was not a problem. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe, very good as well. Great Wi-Fi connection. Close to the metro station.

I know they she the lobby/downstairs area with other hotels and other services in the building but that area could be better kept by all. It looked like an abandoned building...

Amazing location - walking distance from Zhongxiao Fuxing with 2 MRT lines. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they helped me arrange a taxi to the airport at 3AM and one of the staff (even though there’s no front desk that night) woke up to make sure that all went ok for me with my ride and checkout 🥹 I will for sure stay here again if I ever come back to Taipei

Check in time was quite strict if you didn’t arrive on Saturday when there’s 24hr front desk service.

1. Nice place which is easy to reach from the airport using MRT 2. Near big shopping center that you can buy luxury, souvenir and find a food course here./ 3. The facilities look new clean and in a good style. It makes me feel more happy.

1. It don't have 24/24 staff at the front desk so that you need to care about the time. 2. The A minor point is that for me it is a little bit difficult to find the elevator to 3F where the hotel located.

neighborhood was a bit noisy, there was a day where i was woken up by some chanting outside.

The bed is comfortable and the staff are extremely nice!:))

Too many switches in the room and we couldn't find the switch to turn off one of the lights even though we believe we'd tried all the switches!D:

Very nice room, clean, nice bathroom. Be aware that some rooms are not served by the lift but staff is available to move your luggage in and out. Excellent position close to MRT and Sogo.

Most things about this hotel, it's affordable, the bathroom and shower was awesome, coffee downstairs and kettle in the room with coffee, water, cleaners are good, staff friendly, even a neck massage machine which was awesome, very close to the train and bus system to get about.

The room I had could have been a bit tidier, that's it, I was happy with the room, but the wall paper is a little dated

Their staff is super friendly, hotel near MRT station, and they co-operate with 3 restaurant for provide breakfast! They provide 6-star bed!!!
