This place is paradise. Two beautiful pools, a wonderful beach view, great staff to help with booking travel, great location.

The bar music really ruins the peaceful beach vibes. It’s impossible to relax with club music going from 10am-11pm and you can hear it from the room. They play the music when no one is there. They play the music when it’s raining. Between 11pm and 10am, you can literally hear waves crashing from your room. it’s magical.

The room and pool were excellent. The location and views were great.

I was disappointed that you allow smoking on the balcony and around the Pool. This spoiled our stay as there were times when we could not use the balcony. Why not have rooms specifically for smokers, or simply ban it all together; hotels in Phuket we stayed at had a much stricter policy. The breakfast whilst OK was not as good as some other hotels we stayed at in Phuket and Bangkok.

Great location, 2 beautiful pools, table tennis, billiard table and the gym are perfect for additional activities within resort. The rock mountain in the background by the large pool was absolutely stunning!

The sea views weren’t really sea views as the palm trees block the views and we could only see the sea partially.

The location is ideal . The hotel is literally on the beach right next to where you can catch the longtail boats to the islands. Its minutes away from the bars and restaurants. We booked sea view rooms which was well worth it. The hotels 2 pools were very clean with plenty of sunbeds.

We loved our stay. The staff were amazing. The only downside was we all struggled with the beds - they were rock hard !! and after a week even the kids were aching.

Excellent location and the the area around the pool is beautiful. Very good breakfast.

The noise from the bar was too much, because our room was with see view and close to the bar. Our room was a bit dated. If I would stay at the hotel again, I would choose pool view because that part of the hotel is more quiet and the rooms are updated.

We went to Ao Nang to celebrate my parents' 50th Anniversary after considering many options, but we couldn't have picked a better place that suited almost every member of our family, from 12-82. There's nothing fancy about the place but it has a quiet charm about it. There's so much to love about the place: clean and spacious rooms, its location which is right on the beach and the bustling strip that has tourists walking up and down, and the bar which was our go to place for watching the sunset with cocktails in hand. But this is no place for a romantic getaway. There are quieter and nicer places for that. If you're looking for a good place to go with the family, with easy access to the beach and the market then this is the place to stay at.

For a good hotel in a tourist destination the front desk staff hardly spoke any English. This made it very difficult to communicate with them.

The friendly staff, the choice of pools, a swim up bar, opposite beachfront location in the prettiest part of Aonang.

Our room was really large, it could have easily accommodated a sofa or chairs to relax in as well :-)

The hotel is beautiful and our room was amazing with a lovely big balcony overlooking the garden. We arrived extremely early for check in and were able to get in to our room early after a little wait. Our room was cleaned with new towels provided which was appreciated. The room comes with a hairdryer, dressing gowns, a beach bag to use and other facilities, we loved these extra touches. There are 2 pools and we loved using these, the view from the main pool is absolutely stunning too. The hotel location could not be better for the Ao Nang area, as you are on the beach front and close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. We felt that it was great value for money and we would definitely recommend this.

The shower was awful, it was weak and constantly changed between boiling hot and freezing cold. We only stayed for 2 nights though so it was bearable. That is our only complaint, everything else was wonderful!

Location is good next to the beach and with easy access to restaurants, bars, laundry, long boat tickets. The pool areas are nice and were not very busy. During our visit, it was always easy to find sun beds. The breakfast is good, but not excellent, with some variation in the buffet every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has good facilities. The restaurant and spa are good and have reasonable prices. We were happy that we could get two interconnected rooms.

The beds are a bit on the hard side. The cleaning crew took dirty towels, but regularly forgot to replace them. The hotel is next to the beach, but there is a road in between. The beach is public and does not have any sun beds on, or right next to, the beach.

The views from both pools were beautiful - mountain or sea facing. Just incredible. Great room! Lots of space. Quiet garden-facing. Breakfast was a beautiful experience. Great food, jazz, by the sea. The best way to start my day. The hotel was on the main street with many massage spots and cafes and restaurants but the pool bar faced the sea!!! Literally the access is as expected but the chairs by the bar were the perfect all day spot if you wanted it. You could get affordable massage near the sea. I appreciated that this was the same as street prices. The boardwalk area is just down the beach road, where all the madness is. I just loved this resort. Perfect for my 10-day getaway. Cannot recommend enough.

The music at the bar was wonderful but there’s no need to crank it higher in the late afternoon. It just made it harder to relax there. The tv should have had CNN; or I missed it; thankfully there was BBC.
