The breakfast was great and suitable for all cultures. There was fresh fruit, omelettes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, salad, toast, pastries, cereal, coffee, juices, and Thai food. The cleaning was very good - the room was cleaned daily. The pool was also good and clean and there was a bar beside the pool. The room was spacious with a large balcony. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

We had a double room but it was two single beds pushed together and the gap was very uncomfortable. There was no hand soap in the room. There was room service but the telephone in our room was broken and when we mentioned it to the hotel staff they said it was a known problem and couldn't fix it. The restaurant closes very early at 17.30. The WiFi wasn't great at times. The electricity went a few times during our stay but I think that's more so a problem with the area rather than the hotel.

I stayed this hotel 5 days, very nice hotel . What i like is pool very awesome the slides nice . Breakfast food nice because provided Halal food but need more food especially main course. The room was very spacious and clean and would stay here again, best hotel Aonang Viva 👍👍

Breakfast was good but a change in the menu everyday would be preferable. There are 4 different buildings for this resort and it is based on what type of room you book. Breakfast is common for all 4 buildings in one of the buildings. Pool looked nice but we did not use it. The location is excellent, with lots of restaurants catering to variety of cuisines. Beach is walking distance and a beautiful one.

Explaining to guests the buildings scenario at the time of booking so guest are not disappointed to know that their room is in another building across the street.

The breakfast was value for money and had a variety of options. The decor of the breakfast area was classy and modern. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Swimming pool was a hit with children. The repair people at the hotel were helpful and fast.

The checking in part was quite chaotic. Person at the reception area spoke very fast and seemed to be rushing us to check in, and was almost shouting. There was nobody behind us checking in. In the end, I guess it was just how they normally spoke so we just nodded and smiled. The bidet spray was leaking into the shower area and toilet floor when we checked in but staff got it fixed. The bathroom fixtures were a little tired and worn out.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious, with many shelves to keep things. There are coffee machines at breakfast - this is a big plus for me compared to other places where I got instant coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is good: Close to the 7 Eleven supermarket, restaurants and a less crowded beach.

The only inconvenience I had was with the architecture of the hotel. It consists of several buildings: In our case the reception, the room and the breakfast were in 3 different buildings next to each other. The architecture of our building was a bit weird and we couldn't reach the room directly from the lift. After getting off, we had to go half floor up and half floor down.

I had 3 rooms for my family of 6 (4 teenagers). The rooms were a great size, clean, and overall just a nice room for the price. The breakfast was ok not horrible not great. They had a good coffee machine and you could get an omelet made fresh or scrambled eggs. It was in a neighborhood off the main road, but there are shops, restaurant's and 7 eleven within a minute walk. I would say the beach is about a 10 minute walk. Overall if your are looking for an affordable good place to stay this was great.

The stairs in building B were awkward. Elevator helps but you will have to carry luggage up and over stairs depending on where your room is.

We did not know what to expect as it was our first time in Thailand but Aonang Viva Resort was amazing. The staff were friendly and the breakfast exceeded our expectations - the food was fresh (especially the delicious fruit) and there were plenty of options catering for all. The rooms make you feel safe and comfortable, and the location is perfect! Surrounded by lovely restaurants and a supermarket for necessities. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the main street along Aonang beach and an ideal location for day trips. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Krabi!

Location was good 10/15 minute walk to ao nang beach and near good restaurants and mini marts. Staff were nice. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good. Facilities good, room was excellent, good amount of space and good sized bed. Supplied with beach towels. Laundry service available at hotel which was very convenient

Our water wasn’t working when we arrived and we weren’t told this before going to our room. The staff said it would be back in 30 mins. We left the hotel and returned after 1 hour. Our water still hadn’t returned and the staff said it would after 20 mins. Still wasn’t back after that and then we went down and the staff said it would be back in a few minutes. In total the water was gone for 2 hours.

Loved the Aonang viva hotel in Krabi ...it was the best place I have been till date in Thailand ..the staff Nate and team were very helpful ... Breakfast was awesome lots of varieties... There was a chef who made eggs as per your request.....what I liked the best about the hotel was that they had everything that all hotels wont have ... They had an umbrella in the room ..2 pairs of .slippers,, they had 2 separate towels for the beach and tours and a hair blow dryer .. they cleant the room everyday and changed the towels ... Thank you to all at Aonang...

Just a small feedback If they could only provide a micro wave where we could make our food hot . Noticed that The bathroom water was salty ...looks like they were using the sea water ...

The room was big, clean and well-stocked. There were beach towels, a beach bag, slippers and a massive umbrella as well. The breakfast had a wide selection of Thai and continental breakfast options. At a walking distance from Ao Nang beach and Night markets (Landmark is a bit further away but still walkable). The staff were friendly and helpful. You can also leave your luggage if you wanna explore after checkout. The slides on the pool were a plus. Would stay there again.

The room gets a bit hot during the day and the AC takes a while to cool the room.
