The hotel is a bit on the smaller side, which meant that it felt a bit more cozy and friendly than some of the bigger resorts. The pool is lovely and great for kids with a slide and lots of shade if you want it. The location is off the main strip, which we appreciated, but it's just a short walk or taxi ride to the main strip and beaches. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great selection of breakfast options for different tastes. For lunch and dinner we usually went to one of the restaurants down the street. There is also a 7-11 and other shops just around the corner. Ao Nang beach is pretty nice, but do take the time to walk to the hidden beach in front of the Grand Centara: We spotted dusky-leaf monkeys on the way and the beach is absolutely spectacular.

Mosquitoes in the breakfast restaurant and at the bar, but that just comes with the territory.

Nice pool. Clean. The near area was a bit boring but a 5 minute walk and you are on the walking street. Loved the pool access room. Nice staff. Nice breakfast.

A group of aprox 30 adult guests were permitted to be extremely loud, obnoxious and occupied most of the pool with their wild ball plays the first days. When they left we enjoyed the stay much more.

Kudos to the staff! They’re all nice and helpful and we’re appreciative of that :) The stay is very clean, tidy and they even give you a complimentary drink upon registering at the front desk. We had arrived there pretty early and we’ve requested to check in early, but since the room wasn’t ready, they gave us a free upgrade room on the 5th floor, which was very thoughtful of them :) 7/11 is very close by which is convenient, the night market is within a walking distance, along the beach; which is a very good perk. Would be staying with them again definitely, soon.

The pool is great. Had fun playing with the slides. The bed is sooo comfy. I like the fact that this hotel offera family room with 2 queen beds. Very convenient to us as a family with 2 small kids. Very near to the beach. Near to shops and masjid and halal restaurant. Even though it seems like this hotel provide limited parking spots, we never had a problem to park our car as there are guards that make sure our car was parked properly and that we can go out with our car easily without worrying that we might lose our parking spot if the parking lot are full.

the floor in the room always wet due to maybe humidity+air conditioning reason... so it can be slippery and dangerous to kids. But it was still a great stay.

Great resort to relax and enjoy the surrounding beaches & islands in Ao Nang. Our stay here was very enjoyable. Nice clean rooms, very comfortable beds, great shower & a bathtub too! The rooms have everything you need for days to relax here. We loved the pool to cool off after a day in the heat. The location was perfect for us, further away from the noise of the main street & beach and it was easy to walk everywhere. Great food options 5-10min away, Seven-eleven around the corner (2min), laundry & tour services all around the hotel. Great breakfast with a huge selection to choose from, including an egg station. Very welcoming staff & helpful service. There will be quite some families with kids, also in the pool, just to be aware but it didn't bother us. We loved the idea of the green day card! You get a 150 Baht coupon, to spend at the restaurant or bar if you skip making up the room, as its not always necessary & it's a bonus for you as well.

Some constructive feedback: Pool times should be extended, as 7 pm seems very early on hot days. The bedroom sometimes had moldy/musty smell to it. TVs should be able to stream Netflix. Laundry is ridiculously overpriced @ 30 Baht per piece! (Not kg) Better use services on the street.

First of all...The Staff ( Honey ) she is the right person you put to welcoming guest. Warm welcome and good communication skills. The room is big, clean and well maintain but a bit smell "wood" but its ok. TV channel must be fix it. The Breakfast is SUPERB and really tasty and full of choice. The location is perfect you can walk to Ao Nang Landmark & Night Market, Ao Nang Beach in 10 minutes walk only. Overall...everything is Perfect and i super recommended this hotel to you. Ups, they can help you to arrange a tour as well. 👍👍👍👍 Thank you Centara for your hospitality.

The pool was amazing and had really nice facilities. The room was very comfortable and no noise at all. The location was great too, walking distance to everywhere. We were so pleased with the hotel that we ended up extending 2 extra days. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we thought it was quite expenaive. Most of the menu was pricey but there are plenty of food options within walking distance. The trees around the pool area could do with being cut back a bit as it attracts mozzies.

kids loved the pool, volley ball and pool table really good location, near night market and all restaurants. we used the tour booking lady across the road and she was great. bed was comfortable and clean

Great rooms, great pool, great breakfast, great staff ! Perfect stay ! Very quiet resort. Nice surrounding. Ao Nang is a very relaxing place to stay, no stress at all ! A lot of boat trips to do at very good price in the low season, do not hesitate to bargain !!!
