Great pool area, helpful staff and spacious, clean rooms. Easy access to massage places, restaurants, pharmacy, 7 Eleven, etc all along the road. I love all the eco items in the room and they provide distilled water in the reusable glass bottles. Breakfast was okay. It’s about 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest beach for the longtail boats and lots of restaurants and cafes all along the beach area.

The pillows were too high. They had no soft and flatter pillows. It’s a far walk to the better beach where Centara is located but it is walkable and doable. Lobby area is small and cramped.

First i would like to thank om and pooh front office stuff ..we arrived earlier to the hotel but they let us check in as soon as they prepared the room- because they saw our little toddler exhausted-and they didn't charge us The hotel is getting renovated so they offered as food voucher best stuff ever om ,tanya , pooh and cleaning ladies.....i will be coming again for sure ao nang beach is 5min walk , walking alley and night market are nearbye

No on site parking available therefore you needed to park outside on road which was quiet dangerous as cars and bikes using this very busy road

Friendly staff and very clean and tidy. Drinks and food around the pool were also very good. Would highly recommend. Will definitely visit again.

The position was all within walking distance of night markets,bars & restaraunts.Staff friendly,nice meals and bar.Pool area lovely and clean,swim up pool bar with Happy Hour..good cocktails!! Rooms lovely,we had a split level room,kettle tea coffee etc..Robes and slippers.Nice size balcony..Pool towels. Breakfast ok,egg station,fruit,pastries etc.

The mattress on our bed was stained, the fitted sheet didnt fit the bed,luckily we had another bed upstairs which we used..The beds were really comfy,just not nice to see a dirty mattress..Didnt think they were enough pool beds,people had to sit on the bar chairs round the pool,half in the shade!!

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Acted really quickly on any requests or needs/faults. My aircon started leaking after a few days and I brought it to their attention approx 8pm while on the way out, saying that I knew it would probably be looked at tomorrow etc. They got someone up there to sort it while I was out and cleaned up. The rooms were serviced every day and plenty of amenities/helpful bits in the room. Loved the pool, cafe options, cocktails and happy hours! Breakfast was decent. Even a standard room was big.

Some people mention the kids pool from adjacent hotel being outside the balconies if you’re on that side. This didn’t bother me at all because I was out all day and then it’s quiet there in the evening.

Staff was kind and super helpful with any issue. The room was comfortable. The pool was great for chilling. Great location, close to many restaurants and walking distance from two beautiful beaches. On the first morning I asked for soy milk during breakfast, but they didn't have it, so the next morning they reached out to me and offered soy milk, much appreciated!!!

Not enough room in the closet, not enough hooks to hang the towels, couldn't stay at the balcony because of the endless amount of mosquitos. When we checked in the hotel staff told us he did not recommend sitting outside...

The room and walk up pool Part was excellent

The staff were pleasant but the bartender was the rudest person to deal with . We just got there and went for a drink and when we were approaching he would walk away . When we ordered a drink he needed to go walk to the other bar area at least 3 times . The next day he was taking so long that we just left and went to our room . He comes knocking on our door and giving us our drinks . We just sent them back with him and called the manager . We were never rude just our happy selves

The pool was huge. The room was large with a nice balcony with a drying rack. Location was perfect, centered between north and south ends making it extremely walkable. Breakfast had enough choices to satisfy everyone

No storage for clothes, I like to unpack my suitcase when at a location for a week or more. No suitcase stands to get them off the floor. The ‘Apple a Day’ resort next door has a large children’s pool complete with screaming kids. When in the room during the day it was very loud. Next time will book a’pool view room.

Absolutely lovely property? Great rooms, extremely friendly staff (big shout out to Mud - sorry I didn’t see u before I left to Phi Phi - great bell boy). Great happy hours at the pool 🏊‍♂️

People putting toilet and claiming beds and not using - the hotel needs to stop this!! Sometimes the towels were a little smelly after one use, maybe hot wash and good drying techniques needed. Overall I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thanks u RedGinger for an awesome stay 😘
