Lovely hotel, pool area was great, breakfast was very nice, staff were friendly and helpful

The food in the restaurant wasn’t great for the evening meal. It was probably the worst meal we had in Thailand. It was bland, particularly the curry (and the naan bread was just horrible) and very over priced for what it was. Despite this being quite an expensive hotel there still weren’t enough sun loungers for the guests. In fact we even witnessed an argument as a couple had come and removed another families towels and stuff from the sun lounger and they only been away for about 20 minutes.

Out of the 6 hotels that we stayed at during our trip to Thailand, this was by far our favourite. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful restaurant (and some of the best Thai food we've ever tasted), beach bar, and amazing SPA. The room (we stayed in a Grand Deluxe King) was modern and spacious, the beds were super comfortable, lovely terrace for enjoying a cup of coffee with a view. What's more, the staff is very helpful with arranging activities, such as island hopping, snorkelling, visits to elephant sanctuary, hiking, mangrove kayaking, etc. We all agreed that if we were to go again, we'd pick this hotel as our main hub because it's so easy to travel back and forth from it.

We requested a six seater table for meals so our group could eat together. The breakfast room staff refused, said "it was not allowed" and would not allow us to push two tables together. We asked the staff in reception to intervene, and it still was not done until the last morning. very disappointing.

The restaurant staff is slow and cannot communicate well and forget. The food was good. The dinner menu is more better. Lunch is very continental style and less of traditional Thai food.

too many steps - maybe they can construct a small funicular like the banyan tress has done (next door hotel) or use electric golf carts? rake the beach clean more often... have more umbrellas on the sand open the coffee bar and the beach restaurant all day a little bit too far away from the village and towns need a mini market inside, and a self laundry and drying room

The hotel is in a quiet location on Tubkaek Beach with beautiful views across the sea. Excellent food and staff with rooms around the well kept gardens. Lots of steps around the hotel so may not suit people with walking difficulties. Tour desk in hotel for excursions. Staff couldn't be more friendly. It's around 15 mins in a taxi to the big resort of Ao Nang for lots of shops and restaurants.

Could do with a free shuttle to Ao Nang for shops and restaurants as in a very quiet area. Taxis available outside though. Lots of steps so may not suit infirm walkers. All in all a lovely hotel in a quiet area.

A very beautiful location with greenery water features and pools cascading down to the beach. Great for a quiet, relaxing time. But only 20 mins from ao nang if you want tourist shops, bars and restaurants. Our room has a balcony on two sides with a panoramic view of the islands, and facing directly west an amazing view of the sunset.

Ok for me, but a lot of steps up and down to the beach for anyone with mobility issues

Had a really good Luxurious Experience here at Amari Vogue Krabi. Friendly Staff, Beautiful Ambience, worth the money. scrumptious Breakfast with varieties of Food option to chose. They even let you Feed the Carp fish. Totally it was a Wholesale Experience, would recommend the Stay for Couples, Families & Business Travellers. Also got to Enjoy the Beach, Thank you Amari Vogue, would definitely come back for a Stay

Restaurant - Need to give more menu options for Indian especially vegetable in addition to roti + daal Staff - Front desk staff was unable to understand the issue of bath bomb supplied to us. Total 03 pcs were supplied, and the bath bomb did not foamed as it should be due to technical fault of breaker tripped. We wasted 3 bath bombs and had a lot to explain for re issuing. Additionally, the door bell was not functioning and front desk was busy explaining that i have pressed do not disturb even which was not the case. The actual case was the bell was defective. Kayak staff - was not friendly. Understand he had some limitations (naturally) but could be more polite.
