Close to the beach. Spacious rooms and some rooms are already renovated with new AirCondition and TVs. Quiet and nice neighbourhood.

WiFi in our room didn't work and it was hard to describe to the staff what is wrong with the wifi (they all tried to fix my phone whereas I was able to clearly identify the Access Point next to our room was faulty) but after some time they agreed to change our room and it worked perfectly well in the new room.

Really enjoyed the breakfasts served at the restaurant on the beach. Very good choice with Thai & English menu. Delicious freshly cooked to order omelette or eggs etc..Plenty of fresh coffee , tea , juice & water. Also There was a fresh water machine outside the rooms on every floor providing free cold drinking water.

The bedroom could have been cleaner. It was very dusty, particularly unde the bed which was full of fluff etc. It was like that when we arrived & still the same when we left after 14 nights. Just seemed to get brushed under the bed every day !

Hotel by the sea, walking to the shopping center approx. 800 m and many shops on the road. Good restaurants on the street in front of the hotel. There was a water dispenser in the corridor where you could fill your own bottle - a good approach to use less plastic.The staff was kind and helpful.There was an opportunity to rent surfboards and surf.

I did not like the breakfast in the restaurant - the hot food did not have names and the flavors were not very good. Fruits were available and good. The general impression of the restaurant was sloppy.There were too few beach chairs and you have to reserve your towel early if you want a chair.

Best hotel in Khao lak! It’s our 2nd time here and we will surely come again! Since last year a lot of improuvements: espresso machine for breakfast, water dispencer in the building, replacement of plastic bottles by glass ones. Kudos to this hotel and his personal! A big thank you to Tee and to the whole team! Best breakfast, super clean and big rooms, super personal, best plave on thebeach!

Great value for money. Massive breakfast. Right by the beach. Lovely staff.

Nice hotel, located 4-5mins walking distance from the beach. Room was quite spacious with attached balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool & reception are located inside kokotel lighthouse. Breakfast was quite good (beachfront eating area). Travel agent shop, grocery market, thai restaurant available nearby. Overall very good experience. Staffs were really really nice & friendly. Note: taxi available nearby (200thb for bang niang night market)

Just a little issue is that this hotel does not have an elevator, but the kokotel lighthouse has.

Really Nice personal, Nice and clean rooms.

Not any breakfast at all included (but Yeah thats how I booked it but thought it would be some of the restaurants around open for some small breakfast) then it costs 300 tbh per day if not included, same as walkins, think its could be alittle bit discounted for ppl staying here? Also since there is not much other places around to go for breakfast in the morning.

Great location right by the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. At the price it was outstanding. Excellent food place right out the front too. Pool was great with plenty of shade and a nice cool water temperature

The small beach area could have been better maintained. The sun lounges were dirty and not attractive to use.

Lovely bit of beach and swimming pool. An excellent noodle restaurant just around the corner in Phu Market you have to check out as well! You can rent surfboards.

Balconies at the seascape location were much smaller than their lighthouse location across the street.

This is a good hotel in an excellent location. Please note no lift so if on top floor you must be ready to walk. The bed was confortable, the room very clean, good wifi and just a few meters from the beach. The staff is oustanding and make this rather tired hotel very welcoming. They could not try any harder to help.

The rooms are spotless but dated, the airconditioning is hit and miss, some rooms have new units, some pretty old and no so efficient ones. ( Ask when booking) They did offer to move me to a room with different A/C unit but I only had couple of days left so staid put.
