The size of our accommodation, plenty of seating around the both pools. The pools are fantastic, clean and warm. Close to the main road only took us 7 minutes to get there.

The eatery was none existent around the pool area, the food came cold and we had to refuse one of the dishes as it was awful. Washed clothing or towels did not dry in the room. Also there was no spare beach towels around the pool areas

We liked the location- being able to walk from the beach to the ally beside McDonalds was perfect. We stayed off season in a private garden villa with its own pool. The Villa was huge and comfortable. The gardens were well kept as were all the pools. It was an advantage being off season as there weren’t many guests

Breakfast with beach views. Beach view room was amazing with balcony. Right above a massage place. Kids room was right at the pool with lounges right out side of room. Perfect!! Easy to catch longtail boat to Railey Beach. Hotel stored our luggage until we were ready to leave. Also provided us with a shower and room to change. Close to market for shopping

Pretty much perfect for us (A couple with a 4-month old) Location is perfect, very clean hotel, room serviced daily, very reasonable room service, and on the beach! Decent mini-mart and restaurant next to the hotel too which we used for beers and take aways every day!

Nothing really, but we were charged 100 baht for a broken glass in the room which I guess other hotels wouldn’t charge the customer for.

Good location right on the beach. Nice friendly staff. Room was big, good internet. Breakfast had a good selection considering it is low season. Good value.

Property is quite old and tired. Could do with a referb.

We came in low season so had huge discount on booking.com, which made the stay ready good value for money! Great location, beach and pool are beautiful. Rooms are very spacious and offer everything you need.

We found breakfast a bit disappointing in terms of quality, although lot of variety. The bathroom could use some refreshment.

A large resort hotel set on a quiet road,with rooms running down to the beach. Fabulous pools wth great surroundings. A superb beach, we could not have founs a better spot on this coast. A short walk along the beach road for good bars and restaurants, and just a few minutes up a slope to the busier main road with supermarkets, more bars and restaurants.

The Seaview Resort is in an unbeatable location - right on beach and a short walk to shops & restaurants. We are a family of four - we had two Deluxe Pool Villas (garden/lagoon side,) & stayed for 5 nights. The accommodation was amazing. Incredible value for money. Impeccably serviced each day, inside & out (our plunge pool was cleaned & cleared of leaves & bugs etc., every single morning. The breakfast buffet was average. The food offered didn’t vary much & was promptly concluded at 10am. The egg station offered the best food. The property has the most incredible & beautiful pools. The main pool is enormous; so large we often felt like we had the place to ourselves. Plenty of deck chairs both beachfront and poolside. Although the mornings were busier, we never struggled to find a place to sit. The gardens are lovely & have so much potential. The beach front restaurant & bar areas are also lovely - it’s a shame they’re not being used to their full potential. Staff at reception were always happy to help & solved any minor problems quickly & efficiently (our poolside light needed a bulb change.) On the whole, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The Seaview is lovely but we spent a lot of time wondering why the facilities aren’t being used & why parts of the resort seem so “tired.” We’ve stayed in other resorts in the region & honestly, the Seaview pools (as well as the beachfront,) are just magnificent. Parts of the gardens, lagoons, pools & even the buildings definitely need some attention. There are derelict pool bars & pizza ovens. The beach restaurant/ bar is in a beautiful setting, yet only has a fraction of the menu was (apparently) available. We even found the majority of cocktails, daiquiris & even some spirits were “unavailable.” The staff gave the impression that they couldn’t be bothered.
