The establishment was very well maintained. The trees, flowers, were very well upkeep. Breakfast variety was a good spread. Very generous by offering guests free of charge mini bars and snacks...very refreshing indeed as I had never seen others doing so..it is very important as there wasn't any 7 11 stores nearby for guests who do not drive. One side of the open air carpark was not brightly lighted, the security did a good job to help direct users with torch lights. Bedding and pillows was extremely comfortable

The pool side was pretty sad thou. Pool was small, the sun beds were not well placed. We were the only ones who used the pool, others were there to take selfie shot and left.

We stayed in a Family Suite at the Marlow block which was centrally located within Thanes Valley Hotel. The room amenities exceeded our expectations. It was well provided with complimentary coffee capsules,, variety of tea, snacks n various canned n bottled drinks. Breakfast spread was very good. All staffs in the entire hotel were very friendly n delivered very excellent services. The whole hotel compound was very clean and beautiful.. Location of hotel was very good, too, that it was very near to places we wanted to visit. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended hotel.

The location was good - quiet and gated complex grounds and not far to attractions around- Chocolate Factory, Prima Piazza which were interesting for the children . Breakfast was good with a mix of choices of Asian and Western styles with its nice variety of bread n pastries. The staff are friendly , polite and accommodating. The rooms were well- cleaned with a fresh supply of good clean towels and bottled water given every day.

Generally there was nothing we didn’t like .

We stayed for 2 nights (breakfast was included). Hotel staffs were friendly and welcoming. The family room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. We really liked the European theme of the hotel. Beautiful trees and flowers are planted throughout the estate. A very peaceful place (except when the cicadas started creaking loudly outside our room, but thankfully it lasted awhile only). We had dinner at the Castle Restaurant onsite on our 1st night. Food was ok. Breakfast was international breakfast spread also at the Castle Restaurant, which was good. Kids had fun swimming at the pool and playing at the playground.

The only letdown was the shower water pressure. The water pressure was not strong enough and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature.

The property is just really like a place straight out of a fairytale. All the elements to build the England theme hotel worked together in perfection to pull-out the vibe, and it's just an unbelievable castle like experience. I looooooove the movie night, it's one of the best events to look forward to every night. The whole place will just make you want to go back to this place over and over again.

Since we have a baby, I find that the room interior is not baby-friendly. As it has been following a theme, the surfaces are hard, sharp, and made of metal (e.g. the bed frame) which is not suitable for young kids. The heater is also not working that well.

The Best Resort for relaxing and having quality time with the family in Khao Yai, even weather is much cooler than Bangkok. All staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist in any possible way, huge thanks to Kan who arranged transportation, activities and all on WhatsApp for us. Kids didn’t want to leave the villa and enjoyed the pool and place very much. Food at the restaurant was tasty ( we ordered seafood and vegetarian dishes). Beautiful grounds, comfy room, exceptional breakfast buffet, elegantly decorated for Christmas, and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They even arranged a ride for us to go to the pharmacy to buy medicine. Very first class service.

Pool was tiny and there was even less space to sit around it. They had a "movie night" with a popcorn machine in the center of the property, which was a great idea, but then charged for the popcorn. Like, charged enough to actually try to make money off of it, lol. Seriously? You don't make enough profit off of our $400 room? You can't just throw in the popcorn to make the kids happy?

The whole place is big and pretty. Room is spacious. My Bulter Boombim is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is good. Playground is nice. Night music performance at the hotel is good. Mini bar consists of many free drinks and snacks. Nice view from hotel room. Good breakfast spread.

As I have a 83 year old granny and there’s no lift to go to the room. The door can only be locked from outside for the cement hot tub. The water mixer inside the cement hot tube doesn’t really work if you want to rinse off after soaking in the hottube, maybe should include a scope.

The sheets looked visibly clean but didn't smell fresh.. it smelled of someone else's body odour The shower had a curtain instead of the usual glass door so the curtain smelled a little funky The toilet flushing system was weak.. my poop kept floating around despite multiple flushes

The location is really nice. You can enjoy the well-decorated restaurant and cafe in the hotel and it is also easy to reach to other wonderful places nearby the hotel. The cozy room layout makes you feel relaxing when you decide to get the most private moments during the stay. If you want to get meditation for a bit of time, you can buy fish food and feed them on the canal. I can bet you will get peaceful time that fulfill what missed from your soul during the past working days.
