Good property & staff, we stayed there for 10 nights & it felt like a home away from home . The staffs at the reception is friendly & helpful, the housekeeping service is good if u can make them understand what you need (they only understand Thai). They also have a shuttle service which can do a drop to Phrong Pong BTS or 1km radius from the suites. Each room is equipped with everything your daily needs. Price is worth if u book early but not recommended with the high price rate last minute deal as have others better options with high rates. Location is a little far from the nearest BTS station (15-20mins walk from Phrom Phong BTS Station), but its ok for me as i need Quiet & family friendly place near Sukhumvit Road & its serve my Purpose well. TOPS & Seven Eleven is Near by. In Peak time u will get traffic in front of the hotel & other Soi , so make plans early to go outside if use taxi. Located in Japanese neighborhood so it’s very quiet at night. Recommend if u can match the budget & don't have issue with walking bit far from BTS.

The shuttle service Driver is not willing to go every where in 1 km radius from the suites, which very annoying while reception said the provide the shuttle service with in 1 km radius. Every time you have to make request to the reception to tell Shuttle Service Driver to drop off if u go directly to Driver tell him to drop off he gently tell you its near u can go by walk thats very annoying. They Don't have the Bell boy to carry the Luggage while check in & check out. There is no Price Chart for MINI BAR which should have as it not comes complimentary.

The roof top pool is superb along with the gym. Nice and quiet self contained all apartment with 2 TV's and a small kitchen. Everything you needed to prepare breakfast, tea coffees and snacks. The heated Japanese toilet seat was a triumph.

On check out the staff said there was a spoon missing from the drawer but in fact it was in the sink with a cup so had to hang around while house keeping checked that a spoon was not missing which I thought was a little poor. They apologised though but thought they could have quietly checked more thoroughly rather than making me feel awkward.

Room was very dark. Advertised as city view but room was overlooking an apartment or hotel which was frustrating. I came back to the room one afternoon and my door was open with no staff inside. I had valuables so this was quite disappointing.

On of the best place for family vacation. We enjoyed lot. My both Kids and my lovely wife like their Roof top sweeming pool and Gym. Mervelous service. Near future we will stay defenitly. If possible, try to provide complementary breakfast.

The hotel exceeded our expectations—it was even better than in the photos. Although the street outside was very busy, we never noticed it from inside our apartment. It was quiet, which was important for us since we were working remotely, and the internet connection was fast. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. We also used the hotel’s free taxi service a couple of times, which was a nice bonus. The closest metro station is about a 20-minute walk away, and with the heavy traffic, walking often turned out to be faster than taking a taxi. There are nice restaurants nearby, and having a coffee shop just outside the hotel was very convenient. Overall a very nice experience.

Getting to the pool felt a bit unsafe. It seems like part of the walkway has sagged, and since it’s always wet, it gets slippery—so you need to be very careful.

Located in the middle of Bangkok, near Emquartier and Emporium luxury malls. Nice upmarket neighborhood, Tops Fine Foods and UFM Fuji express super markets right outside. Super convenient. House keeping services are world class, beds are very comfortable. Above all, front desk staff are super friendly and awesome. Very helpful and accommodating. Had a bad case of food poisoning and the staff actually provided some medication at no charge. Thank you Dream for saving my vacation, and making my stay comfortable.

Swimming pool is a bit on the shallow side, could also have better pool lighting as it gets quite dark after sunset.

We loved the location of this hotel as it is nestled in the quieter streets of Sukhumvit in the Japanese neighborhood. Beautiful cafes are within proximity. There’s Toos supermarket and a Japanese supermarket nearby. 2 mid-end malls are also in the area. Sumitivej hospital - a good hospital with English speaking staff - is also within walking distance. The 1 bedroom suite itself is very spacious and has the utensils, plates, glasses, and pots needed for basic heating. We booked here because we read the rooms had TOTO toilet. My parents & sister’s suites toilets were working. However sadly ours was not working - even when I tried to tinker with the remote. I love the floor to ceiling glass cabinets that light up everytime we open them. The hotel offers a Tuktuk shuttle to bring you to the nearby malls or the bts station The staff -from the guard, driver, front desk, housekeeping were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit:)

Initially front desk mentioned that our room was booked for 1 person but as we are frequent travellers and have used the app multiple times. But they had already swiped our credit card and given our receipt when she told us that there were additional charges for the other person :( staff wanted to Good thing the other staff was kind enough to waive these charges. Other than that all staff were very nice and accommodating
