It was quite a large space with a kitchen , sitting area and the bedroom. Everything was very clean and you had everything you need including a washing machine. Staff were great and helpful. The location is close to hip cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in LA49 :)

Located in the Thong Lo area which is a Japanese district, it's very close to many Japanese restaurants, services, and grocery stores. It's in a quiet alley away from the busy main street with a nice lobby and alert guards (they do their job well :) ). The hotel rooms were well-sized, with TVs, dishwashers, a kettle, a cooktop and crockery, fridge, and jacuzzi tubs. There is a hotel tuktuk available during certain hours of the day for nearby locations, and close to the Let's Relax onsen at the Grand Centre hotel (that's the most important to me). There are no toiletries other than shower gel and shampoo but I noticed all the Thailand hotels I've been to don't provide them either, so all good. Staff were attentive and helpful, thank you for the wonderful service.

Strangely even though there is a cooktop and dishwasher, there are no cooking utensils or pots and pans. Nor dishwashing tablets so we had to use the liquid one. No knives to cut fruit with, and no coffee and tea (although I think we did magically get a few packets from housekeeping during our last days there, maybe she noticed we had bought coffee and tea). The sauna also needs more rocks than 3 pieces...the heater will be ruined at this rate.

The rooms were very clean and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. I liked the fact that there was a small refrigerator and washing machine in the rooms. I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff there. My kids and I enjoyed the small pool on the roof as well as the views of Bangkok

The shower head in the bathroom is too low and for taller people, it's hard to take a shower. Also the glass wall next to the bathtub is only a half wall and so nothing is able to block the water when taking a shower.

Slightly deserted. 7-11 is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel, peaceful yet scary during the night. Only gave a bottle of 1.5L water , can probably offer a few more bottles if the guest stays longer?

outdated facilities, pool is not cleaned properly, and the treadmill at the gym is not working, other than that everything is great.

From the moment of booking the accommodation we were given exceptional service the staff were excellent could not do enough they were just what any traveller would like to be treated and assisted. Rooms were spacious and clean easy access to the hotel and convenient

If there was a restaurant within the Hotel that would be excellent. this was the one thing which was missing especially if you wanted a snack or breakfast you had to order in or grab a uber to get to local shops not really in walking distance

Good size room and good value for money, especially for the location. The staff were nice and friendly.

Gym facilities was very old and not well maintained. There was a construction near the pool so we could not use it.

We are a family of 6 so took a family room with 2 extra beds. The room was very comfortable and met all our needs. It was clean and welcoming. The kitchen, washing machine and the option to have some privacy was important, especially for our older kids. The beds are hard, but we like that. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice (not very big). The free tooktook shuttle to the train station and around the neighbourhood helps overcome the location - a bit far from the main attractions. We definately recommend this place and would return there if again in Bangkok.

The location and size of the rooms are amazing, everything was so modern and clean, we even had a dining table and cooking area which could be handy to make your own meals. The also provide a free tuk tuk service to local llaces like the nearest BTS line, which we thought was such an excellent idea. The staff were all super friendly and helpful with advice on where to go and how to get there. Also, there was a nice pool on the roof with a chill area next to it, which was awesome. Will definately be coming back on our next trip to Thailand. Highly recommend!

Beautiful large apartment-like room. Cooking facilities etc. Very well maintained and sit cons both were too notch! Quiet neighbourhood not far from the usual stuff.

The mattress was rock hard. Couldn't sleep 1 night there. And my back hurt. Had asked receptionist for a softer mattress but never got one. No hotel transport (or any arranged transport) after 4pm. Mostly security guard who is the hotel receptionist after about 5pm and he spoke very little English. Would have given this a 9+ were it not for the hard mattress.
