This is a difficult review to write because I still haven’t made up my mind what to think of the place. What attracted us was the location. Right next to the airport for a hassle-free commute the next morning. The photos were another pull. I was intrigued. Sure it looks crazy and over the top but with four kids this might just be a fun last night in Bangkok. The hotel visually did not disappoint. It’s tacky and over the top but also playful and fun, thanks to the owner who is also an artist. There is something to see everywhere you look (crazy architecture like a movie set, art installations, etc). Some you’ll love, other things perhaps not. Rooms are unique in design and architecture. They are spacious and have a nice bathroom, living room, outdoor hot tub. The restaurant has a full menu and food is decent. Staff at registration was super friendly. Thank you for the free sketches by the owner as a parting gift.

It’s a matter of taste. Nothing shuttle here. It’s bombastic, kitschy, fun, romantic, quirky. Definitely one-of-a-kind. Some things we didn’t like were: restaurant menu is chaotic and waiters speak poor English and seem to eager- they hover about you all the time. An army of waiters staring at you. The hotel is HUGE. I’m sure it fills up for wedding reception etc. but when we were there it seemed a bit like a ghost town and even a little creepy. Although everything was clean you do have the sense the infrastructure is a little dated and needs a little make over. Given its size I guess that’s not so easy. I don’t want to hate on this hotel though because I felt it was a labor of love and deserves credit for it’s uniquness.

Food was amazing - great breakfast buffet. Shile there were planes flying overhead all the time, we had absolutley no problem with them. afgter the first few, they becaame white noise. Did not disrupt sleep at all. We love the location. We were there for rest and respite so it was great to be out from the city proper and the entire environment of the resort allowed us to focus on just us. Best staff ANYWHERE. Concierge was great - setting up everything we wanted to do off property. Mr. "O" was so friendly and accomodating. He was a perfect example of someone with a servant's heart.

Nothing. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The only thing we didn't like was that it ended too soon. This is now our GoTo in Bangkok.

We loved the architecture and decoration, all art collections together with the special buildings made our stay very memorable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Near the airport was perfect for the start and end of our trip. The swimmingpool plus surroundings with waterfall are so beautiful.

Of course a lot of airplanes flying over, but of course this is normal for the location. They stopped during the night so we could sleep good in the biggest bed we have ever seen. It felt a bit quiet in the resort, while almost all rooms were booked. There were not many people at breakfast or the beautiful swimmingpool.

Staff at reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Close location to the airport. Unique grounds with many different types of art. Lovely swimming pool.

Although the location is close to the airport, it also has the flight path over the top, this can be very noisy as planes land and take-off. Charged for airport pick-up, there are many other hotels in this area which have this on offer. They do have free drop of at airport which is handy if you want to catch the Airport Rail Link train to Bangkok CBD, which is a very quick and economical way to get to the city.

Apart from the Location which is perfect when you arrive or order departing from the airport this is an incredibly unusual venue worth exploring. It is magical when you arrive to use the swimming pool and see the large lake, but at night it really comes to life and looks beautiful. The restaurant had live music and great food, the staff were overly attentive, the size of the room is amazing, and having your own small private pool was wonderful in the evening with wonderful weather Overall It was incredibly unusual, spacious and I would certainly return and likely spend a little little bit more time there as one night was not enough

Whilst the water in the private pool was clean and being filtered, the tiles needed a good clean as they were green that does put you off but I do appreciate it’s high maintenance. I would still return it was wonderful.

The location is ideal, close to the airport but not in the airport itself. The buildings are spectacular in their reproduction of Thai traditional architecture with modern pieces of art interposed. The service was exceptionally good with friendly smiles. A neck massage on arrival is something I’ve never had before. The room was excellent, with lots of space and two writing desks: exceptional. Very comfortable and quiet, given the location just next to the airport. This is a great place to spend one or two days in transit, especially. Much better than other nearby hotels.

Thinking where improvements are possible, it’s hard. The choice of food could be improved, particularly by providing local fruits in season rather than the watermelon that seems to be everywhere and tasteless.

This place is amazing such a quirky resort. our villa was stunning and huge. staff were so attentive and the massage was very relaxing. 7 11 is just outside the resort so easy to get snacks etc. food was amazing too and a great price the buffet breakfast had so much choice and as a fussy eater it was perfect!

As our villa was by the lake my ankles got eaten by mosquitoes when sitting in the garden! planes fly low overhead which we didn't mind but could be a problem for others as they are very loud.

The old world theme of the resort is actually really cool and exotic! I love it. It's not creepy or weird as some of the reviews wrote, 😅 but then such architecture and design can be an acquired taste? The style of this resort is soooo my thing. So I was happy staying there

In a grand scheme....nothing actually. Perhaps some parts of that 15- acres could've been more tidy and clean? Otherwise, I think it's all good because all the facilities accessible by the guests are well maintained nonetheless.

Really close to the airport with free airport shuttle, so ideal for the night before the flight. Whole hotel extremly beautiful and different to all others I have seen before, very artistic. Still, it has a bit aged, so not everything perfect in shape. But considering the uniqueness acceptable.

In contrast to the hotel itself, do NOT eat Pizza in their own restaurant. Felt like the dough had not been in the oven, even after asking for another 5 min in.

Only 5-minute drive from Bangkok airport, a really convenient location if you need to head to the airport soon. Great facilities and site, good restaurants in and next to the place. Looks amazing at night and has spacious rooms. Wonderful service and amazing staff, lots of antiques displayed with a touch of the Thailand culture, good choice for either a layout or a long staying…
