Excellent staff and the accommodation was fine. Shuttle pick-up works well, provided you have a workable phone.

The location is nothing to write about, but it was a quiet overnight stay.

Staff were very friendly and would say hello every morning, nothing too much trouble, they even moved us to a lower floor to make it easier for my dad to pop out for a cig outside. Room was cleaned every day even if you go out late, coffee and water provided with other drinks available in reception to buy, beds were really comfortable and room Air conditioning worked well. The hotel is always so clean and the staff work really hard. The breakfast was really nice too again staff were great. If you want an English tea bring tea bags as they don't have them and not in supermarkets.

The room and bathroom are very modern and clean, the AC and WiFi worked perfectly, the bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and it has good pressure. Clean towels, soaps, tea, coffee and a mini fridge are provided. There is no elevator but the receptionist asked me to leave the luggage there, and called a helper who brought it up. She also asked me when I intended to leave, so she sent the helper again at that exact time. The shuttle to the airport is cheaper than grab (150 bath) and punctual. It passes every hour. I took it at 7am and the journey took about 10 minutes.

I could distinctively hear the planes landing or taking off. When I got used to their noise and fell asleep, I got woken up at 4 am by a couple who had just checked in and walked the corridor to enter their room. I could not sleep anymore. Thicker glass doors and sound retaining doors would help, although I understand that then the room costs could not be so contained. Perhaps they could start with implementing and enforcing a policy of no luggage rolling and no talking in the corridors for guests who check in after 12 am.

The rooms were freshly cleaned everyday and it smelled very good. The staff are approachable and can speak and understand English. I know that it’s rude for me to take this in consideration when I am the one visiting their country. Also, the location is very good. The shuttle bus service that they offer is also good value for money as there is 4 of us equivalent to 2 rooms which is 150 baht each but we have 6 pieces of luggage so if we get an SUV it might have to be upward of 400 baht!

I know this from the listing but I hope they can get an elevator soon. I came with my elderly parents and my sister. We struggled a bit with our luggage. They have very capable staff but still, it’s too much load for humans to carry. I was reading the other reviews and they mentioned a restaurant, i looked around the lobby and saw signs to a restaurant but when i asked the receptionist there is none. Maybe it was under construction? I saw some men doing work at the back.

We have both stayed there a few times now.Close to the airport,it is indeed very good for aircraft spotting. The staff are absolutely superb and will go out of their way to help. Assistance with my i Pad and bringing beer up to our room always with a smile,The cleaning staff too were also superb,delivering daily fresh water,towels and coffee. This hotel is ideal for a one night airport stay or longer.

I must admit there was nothing I did not like.

I am used to book at this hotel every time I fly to/from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport because it is convenient in case of late arrival or early departure. The room meet my expectations and there is a convenient shuttle service from/to the airport.

Before the Covid19 period of 3 years, the hotel offered free transportation from/to the airport. Now the service is charged but it's a minor drawback. Also, before Covid, the hotel had a restaurant where you can have dinner and breakfast, that was convenient considering the hotel's remote location with nothing around. Unfortunately, the service is not yet reopened. I was said that it should reopen by the end of year 2023 that will be a good move.

Everything was as expected for a stop-over near Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. The room is adequate for a one-night stop-over. The restauration at site has not yet resumed but you can do well with the 7/11 nearby. I had not used this time the shuttle service since I arrived with own rental car.

Very close to the Airport, so expect some noise as people arrive all night and leave early for flights as we also did. No lift, but no problem as staff helped with luggage. Was very clean and beds were comfortable. Airport transfers supplied from the hotel were very cheap and less than 10 minutes drive. Plenty of resturaunts and street food available within 100 meters from the hotel and 7/11 is very close. Will definitely be staying again the night before flying back to Australia. Recommended

Close to airport, comfortable and clean room. Good air con. Shuttle collection and drop off great especially for very early flight out. Friendly staff. Commun8cation was efficient. Very reasonably priced for what you get

Shuttle service from the hotel to the airport can be easily arranged and very affordable. We had ours set for 1 AM and they were able to accommodate us since it is available around the clock (with advance notice preferably during check-in). The balcony was a nice and unexpected feature of our room.

We arrived while they were cleaning the other rooms and laundry bags were just indiscreetly placed outside the rooms along the hallway. The property has this weird incomplete/under-construction feeling to it.
