The location is great.

We stayed 3 nights here, and it was fantastic for the first two nights. However, when we were going to check out, the staff turned their attitude when we requested a cup of water. They were like talking in whisper “you checked out today and we do not have water.” Also, it is unprofessional to let us wait in the lobby when we checked out. The receptionist said that their staff were checking our room. However, 10-15 minutes later, we had to check with the staff ourselves if everything is good to go.

Our electrical was a bit out of whack. We had to call somebody to help us turn off some lights, even with the power off. They did resolve our issues.

Loved the location. close to trains and not far from the city and easy to get to from the airport

I'm tall. The bed was a bit short, or maybe it was because the sheets were tucked in. Prefer a doona.

We spent a lovely 5 nights in the one bedroom apartment. The view from the room was lovely with view of the river. From the moment we checked-in, the staff has been great and professional. We especially thank you Mr. Jack who facilitate our check-in and everyone was proactive and polite. The room is sufficient for 2 persons, very clean and the location is just superb - two BTS station within walking distance (or there's also shuttle). Lots of places of every price level to dine or to have a drink. The night market, Patpong is also within walking distance.

the service is very good. the rooms are average size and clean w nice decorations and quiet. the bed is big and comfy. the pool is very nice w a city view. there is a free shuttle at certain times to the nearest BTS stations. the nearest small mall is decent Silom Complex w a good supermarket Tops. it is good for vacation and short stays.

the food was disappointing, just so so in taste which was a big drawback for me. the rooms are not suitable for long stays as they are kinda small for long term and not fully equipped or equipped w rather cheap quality stuffs. the location is just okay, about a 10 to 15 minute, dusty walk to the nearest BTS. not the best location for nightlife. there are a couple of streets w street food and some restaurants. the area has more of a neighborhood vibe than a nightlife vibe.the wifi is average, a bit slow if you do intense work online.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of Bangkok made it convenient for exploring the city, and the amenities provided were top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the inclusion of a washer-dryer in the room. This feature proved to be incredibly convenient, especially for longer trips or when traveling with a family. Being able to do laundry in the comfort of my own room meant I could pack lighter and have fresh clothes throughout my stay. Furthermore, the room itself was spacious, well-designed, and exuded a sense of luxury. The furniture and decor were stylish and comfortable, creating a welcoming ambiance. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the bustling city.

Hotel is well located, rooms are brand new renovated, great views from the Pool. Service excellent.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We had booked for 3 person but they wanted to charge for an extra bed for our 16-year old child. Thus, our arrival was spoiled. Later, they sent a written excuse and an extra fruit platter. The outdoor pool was freezing cold, so we couldn't use it ( although air temperature over 30), there was not a single restaurant open and no access to the rooftop. Therefore disappointing experience outside the hotel room.
