Loved everything about the place, right from the seamless check-in, the size of the suite, the comfortable beds, the facilities provided, the amazing breakfast to the staff going out of their way to help us with everything we needed. Special shoutout to the staff, really. They helped us book cabs to go out of Bangkok, printed out detailed instructions to use the MRT and BTS and were ever ready to answer all our queries with a smile on their faces.They had every quality to make our stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience. If I ever visit Bangkok again, I will be staying in at Yellow Ribbon Hills without a doubt!

The hotel is located in a central position, easy to reach by public transport or by taxi. The staff is very polite and friendly and communicate very well in English. The whole building is kept very clean and the room was in good condition too. We stayed for 2 weeks in the Family suit which was furnished like a little apartment. The kitchen was small but functional with small electric hob, fridge, microwave and kettle. There weren't any kitchenware and pans in the room but the staff provided them when we asked. There is only one bathroom (en-suite to the bedroom) and another WC at the entrance of the apartment. There is a laundry room on the 5th floor with 2 big washing mashing, a separate tumble dryer and iron (bit old should be replaced) and an iron board. All machines are working with coins (80 baht for washing machine and 90 baht for tumble dryer). Go to reception if you need coins. The staff was really helpful, always happy to resolve any issue. We got our shower hose replaced as it was really short for us to use. The restaurant at the ground floor offers a mix of Japanese, Thai and Western dishes (mainly Japanese tho). We dined in few times and the food is really good and tasty. The restaurant is very clean too.

Bathroom is very old fashion and need a complete refurb as the colours are too dark. The bathroom need a change of the suits too as the toilet and bathtub look very old.

Staff are polite and helpfull. I had to check at midnight due to my flight arrival time and there was staff at the reception. The area was quiet at night and there is a 7-11 open all day, in addition to being close to a bus and a train station. The apartment was spaceous, the air conditioning was great, and the kitchen had some utensilsin addition to a clothes drying rack. There are washing machines and dryers in one of the levels for 80-90b, which is a plus even though I didn’t need to use them. Breakfast options were great as they had eggs cooked in different styles and a menu for each day apart from providing steamed rice, fruits, jam, peanut butter, honey and toast along with coffee from a coffe machine and severa types of tea.

Although the apartment looked like it has been cleaned, there was some random hair in the bathroom and the shower curtain definitely requires bleaching. There was a small lizard that showed up on the first day which is normal for this climate, but I would rather it wasn’t indoor.

Can't rate this place highly enough, we visited after traveling for a few months and it was so comforting to have a beautiful spacious and clean apartment with a kitchen. It really felt like home. The facilities were all so well maintained and it just felt so nice to have the luxury of space in a big city like Bangkok. There is no swimming pool, so depends on what kind of holiday you're after! But we didn't miss it. The hotel is on a nice quiet street which makes it easy to get in and out but is just a short walk (less than 10 mins) from an MRT station, shopping malls, lots of restaurants and local night markets. There are a few really good restaurants nearby, can't recommend Plu enough. Also plenty of street carts for something quick and tasty.

The property was safe and clean. I loved the view and it wasn’t noisy. The apartment had everything you needed.

The location was quite good about a 10-minute walk to the BTS Chong Nonsi Station. I like the large rooms with the kitchen units and small dining table, it was very spacious. The gym was small but still, you could at least do simple workouts. They also have a coin laundry on the property. The best thing about the property was the staff's service and help. The manager, whose name started with an "M," and the front desk person "Jo" were very helpful and spoke English very well. The other ladies at the front desk were also very hospitable. They gave very good directions and suggestions.

Because the property is located in a business district, on weekdays there are a lot of restaurants and a local food market very close by. But on the weekends, especially on Sundays, there are very few options for eating out around the property. Even Top's Market food court closes on Sundays around 3:00-4:00 pm. The food court on the other side of Chong Nonsi Station called Taste of Thai was open daily and was very good.

I have stayed in over a dozen places in and around Silom for holidays ranging from 2 star to 5 star hotels, and this was by far the very best for the price. My Executive One Bedroom Suite 1405, was just fantastic for a 3 week stay, huge rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, and sofa with great kitchen and utensils. The 2 AC units were easy to set, powerful and quiet. The housekeeping is done on request which for me is perfect as you really don't need it every day. My only little issue with the room is I would like black out curtains in the bedroom (they were good but not completely blackout and I really wanted to have breakfast every day served up to 10am (not 9am Mon - Fri, 10am Sat & Sun) There is a large Tops supermarket and well over 30 places to eat from cheap and cheerful street food to luxury restaurants within 5 minutes walk, Chong Nonsi BTS 8 minutes, of course 7-11, 3 minutes. The very best thing about this hotel I found were the beautiful, friendly, helpful and kind staff, Montira and Mario front desk, there were several others but alas I didn't catch their names, sorry, you were all fabulous, and there was helpful Yaya and her team at breakfast plus the ever smiling security guys outside. I loved this hotel so much I'm returning in March and May and hope to see my friends again for an amazing stay.

I enjoyed the following: Large rooms like a home, slightly outdated but very clean with diligent housekeeping Courteous guardhouse and reception folks Awesome value price-quality ratio, no frills but has all you need for a home away from home Comfortable bed with nice pillows that made me oversleep Awesome, powerful airconditioning. Fridge and freezer are good-sized too Plenty of natural light in the apartment, which is also well lit at night Excellent location if you like quiet but don't want to be too far from amenities and a BTS station (Chong Nonsi). Turn left from the guardhouse, walk 20m and there is a Lots cafe with yummy coffee and chillax vibes The main road is just another 20m to go and you have a row of local hip cafes, foodstalls, 7-11 and a market selling export clothes, food court, lovely local flavour and at local prices. For foodies with the right $$$ budget to spare, Plu and I'll Bolognese are a short walk away! It takes about 5 min to reach Chong Nonsi BTS with a 24-hour McDonalds next to it and plenty of decent massage places nearby. Will not hesitate to stay here again. Did not try the restaurant and gym this time.

Corridor noise and other apartments' guests can be a tad noisy when walking around and slamming the doors, but it quietens down later at night.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was on the 15th floor and had a lovely view of the city to enjoy at night. The bathtub was spacious. The bed was incredible, it was so big and comfortable and was easily my favourite thing about the stay! The whole apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, with good AC. It's in a great location within 10 minute's walk of Chong Nonsi BTS Station and you have easy access to the entire city from here. Room was quiet also and I had great sleeps.

The bathroom felt a bit old and there was a rust spot in the bathtub. Honestly nothing else - that was the only thing!
