Hotel was great for my long layover. Staff were nice, room was comfy and clean.

The hotel isn't very easy to find. Once you have been through security there aren't any signs to direct you to the hotel, eventually I found signs generically for hotels but it took me a while to find it still. The easiest way to find it is to follow signs for the train station. The policy of cancelling your booking if you don't arrive within 15 minutes is a poor one and makes for a stressful experience. I knew this was the policy, and I had taken a long time to get through customs and then was struggling to find the place so I only just made it in time. I booked for 1 hour after plane was due to land but I would recommend making that 2 hours if you want to have a less stressful experience.

Arriving in the middle of the night at Suvarnabhumi made this accommodation ideal! They were flexible with my earlier than expected arrival time and allowed me to upgrade to 6-hours instead of my original 4. The strong wifi allowed my computer to complete an important update while my economy-seat body got to lay fully horizontal for the remaining portion of the night! When morning came, I could immediately board the Airport Rail link to town.

The nearest toilet is a bit of a walk and up a floor. I wished I had stopped by the toilet to freshen up before arriving at the room so that I could have just immediately slept. I felt bad for the gentleman waiting to see if a room was available. He had no booking and when I arrived to claim my room he was turned away.

After arriving at Suvernabhumi Airport, you head for the BASEMENT FLOOR---by lift or escalator---and the Boxtel reception is located close to the Skytrain departure/arrival area, for those who are commuting back and forth to the city of Bangkok. The friendly receptionist checked me in for my 4-hour time window---which I had not precisely specified when booking my room---and after programming the key card, I was ready to enter the small room, parking my luggage cart next to the entrance door. The room is a bit smaller than the stereotypical Tokio hotel room, but at least it is a ROOM, and not just a small "capsule", where you can lock yourself in for your rest, without any freedom of movement inside the "capsule". I was able to connect/charge my mobile phones and my lap top, and Boxtel provides a designated WiFi access for your electronic components, so that you don't depend on the free Airport WiFi at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Even if you don't use the bed to take a rest at the Boxtel, you have a safe place to leave your carry-on luggage, while you are heading for the city of Bangkok with the Skytrain, or while you are running around in the 4-storey terminal building for whatever reason. The Boxtel business idea has obviously prevailed at Suvarnabhumi, because the full-blown airport hotels, like the Novotel, located at the same basement level of the aiport terminal have a lot fewer customers than before... I will definitely book the Boxtel again, when having a +4 hour layover at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok.

The only "inconvenience" is the about 100 m walk---depending on the specific location of your designated room---to the public toilets at the basement level of the Airport Terminal. But, it would be asking for TOO MUCH, if you were to insist on having a private toilet in your room.....

I checked in for 4 hours, I only needed that amount of time however the staff said it's easy to book for longer if I needed. Very accommodating. I thought it was very clean, looked like the photos. The bathrooms are a little far and a shower would be nice however it worked well for me.

I needed the room from 10pm to 2am and so I had reserved twice however you just need to reserve for the time that you get there and then they let you start your 4 hour stay then.

Perfectly located in the airport, but not easy to find: lower level, unfortunately not within the transfer area, so you have to go through immigration and back in later. But it's worth it. I had 10 hours to bridge. Room is large enough, good quality bed and matress. Room height pleasantly high, everything covered with real wood, very cozy. Good lighting and even a small fold-out table. Much more human and pleasant than one of those capsule rooms from another provider nearby. Outside the room (more like a room than a box) a nice little seating area.

A little introduction would have been nice, e.g. how to change the temperature in the room. There is no toilet. You have to go up one level in the airport. But once you know that, it's OK. Apart from that, nothing to complain about.

The room was small but very comfortable bed, good lighting, and PowerPoint conveniently located next to bed for charging phones etc.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find in the basement of the airport. The vibration and noise of the train could be heard and felt, but this did not stop me from sleeping. The worst thing is the distance to the toilets. It is far! Especially when you need to go! This is a real problem which should be rectified.

So easy and convenient for overnight in the airport. I booked two 4hr blocks and they don’t start til you check in which is handy given my flight had a 2hr delay Follow the signs for the train station on level two you go down the escalators keep going past the shops and there’s a gin that says airport hotel …. That’s the pods It’s in a not so tricky spot to find but if your directions challenged like me I had a small problem finding them. On arrival staff were quick and pleasant, gave me a bottle of water which was a kind touch. Room bed was super comfortable sheets and pod was exceptionally clean, no noise and I slept like a baby for 6hrs. Enough room to easily fit two suitcases and had a small side table. Make sure you have $500 tbt cash on you as a cash deposit is required when you arrive. Returned In Full quickly with no hassle when I left. Absolutely a game changer and will use again

No toilets

I liked the fact that Boxtel was near Arrivals after you pass immigration and collect your bags. It's just an elevator ride down to the Basement and a 2-minute walk down a corridor. The small room was very comfortable and quiet so I had a good night's sleep. You can book the room for 4 hours and add hourly extensions at reception. When I stayed they had an 'all night special at 1,800 Baht which was almost the same price as 4 hours plus 2-hour extension. Dispersed throughout that same corridor are the capsules belonging to the Avegard hotel - very clean and tiny - like space capsules. At the (very) far end of that corridor and up escalators is the Novotel super luxury hotel where a room will set you back around 5,200 Baht.

Neither the Boxotel (nor the Capsules, of course) have bathrooms. There are no showers and the lavatory down the hall is public, so in the middle of the night and early morning all the toilet paper is gone or rather overflowing from bins and all over the floor. But this didn't spoil my stay there. I would certainly stay at the Boxotel again.

I went there the night before my flight because i had to be at the airport very early. It was very nice to just be at the airport already and still be able to sleep. The bed was comfortable, you had a bit of space so you could sort out your stuff. Perfect for just getting a few hours of sleep

I booked two more hours additionally and I think it’s a bit expensive to charge 350 bath for every additional hour, the toilets were a bit far away

The service is very professional. However, they have not check my booking.com reservation number. This place is clean. And this place is very near the massage store where I love it. This location is also near magic food point.

While near 7-11, there are theft stealing things on the people sleeping on the bench near 7-11 in BFL. When I saw it, that made me worried. The bathroom is too far from the room. There are many homeless people in BFL making me feel insecure while sleeping.
