Closeness to Survanbhumi Airport. Drinks on the roof top bar.

Have stayed several times before and had a far better experience. This time the shower drain was blocked and the shower recess filled with water. Went sightseeing one day and arriving back that night our room had not been made up. Couldn't find a telephone number for Housekeeping so contacted Reception. A staff member arrived with clean sheets to make up the bed and change bathroom towels before leaving. The room floor was not cleaned. The bathroom toiletries were not restocked, no toilet paper. Coffee and sugar supplies were not replaced.

The hotel is so close to the Airport for a great few nights to stay before flying to another destination. Also a great pool to relax and have some down time. The Hotel has an awesome roof top bar open every night with good food and friendly/Helpful staff, who can speak great English and Thai. There is also a mini market shop out the front and 2 restaurants with great Thai and western food and cold drinks. More food and restaurant's in walking distance from the Hotel aswell etc etc etc... just a great hotel we will stay there again on our next visit to Thailand. Also airport shuttle bus every 30 minutes to from the Airport so easy, Awesome.

We had a few issues with room keys but that was sorted out very easy with the staff at the front counter. all okay

Well run hotel, clean, excellent rooms, good value for money, mini bus transfer to airport, competent staff and the facilities are good too. You can't go wrong with this place. I'm a frequent traveller to Thailand and have stayed here a dozen times. very happy to recommend.

It is very close to the airport, so only a short transfer, which is easy to arrange with the hotel, 100bht for a couple, very reasonable. If you look at the location you think it will be noisy, airport, Road, factory it is not. The hotel is remarkably quiet, no noise from factory, a little from the road if you are outside, none from the airport, your sleep is not disturbed. There is good street food nearby if you want, but the roof top restaurant is excellent with an open vista of the airport in gentle quiet as is the coffee shop at the front. The reception staff are very helpful, booking taxi to Don Muang airport (400 bht on meter) or local trips. Recommend for short stay on arrival or for departure

Nothing perfect for short stay

-We loved the fact that it only took us 10 mins to the airport via a shuttle bus. - 24hours corner shop is located next door within a minute walk. Make my stay so convenient. -Lovely clean pool where you can spot a plane landing which is much to my son's delight. -Ability to have an early check-in. We checked in just after 7AM. 500Bath extra charge seems very reasonable. -A large room with plenty of space to pack/unpack your suitcases. -Clean sheets, towels and overall facilities are also very clean

This hotel is very close to BKK. The rooms are large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bar is a need to visit on top of the hotel. You can see the planes take off and land from the roof top. The food is good and the drinks are delicious. I am afraid to say too many good things about this hotel in fear of being sold out the next time I go there. I have stayed in this hotel dozwns of times and is my favorite. The price is right and the facilities exceed my expectations.

The bar could stay open a bit later but not really complaining. When you are in the mood to party sometimes closing time comes a little too soon. :-)

Rooftop (there was live music and a fire show). The food is really good and well priced. I felt really safe staying here. It is also next to a mini mart. You can pay 100 baht to get a pickup from the airport, which is smooth (you find their poster and then a member of staff calls the shuttle. Shouldn't take more than 15 mins to arrive). The place was big and clean - really comfortable bed. There's also a living area with a pool table. Room service was also really quick and the cafe just outside is really nice.

Keep in mind this is an airport hotel so I wouldn't use it to explore the centre of Bangkok.

Of course, it is very conveniently located just a 5-10 minute drive to the airport, but you could stay for a longer period because of the conveniences. They have a pool and a lovely rooftop restaurant. There is even a massage and nail spa below. If you want street food, you can just walk outside the hotel. It made for a nice two night stay while we acclimated to the time change. Staff was always friendly, plentiful, and accommodating. I've stayed here before, and I will again!

It is a little far from town (1 hour). They also only gave us one key which was inconvenient since my wife and I didn't always go out together. That also meant the room was like a sauna whenever we returned, and we couldn't charge our devices when we were not in the room.

I have stayed here before, and it was worked out very well for an overnight layover at Suvarnabhumi Airport. You do have to enter Thailand and then leave the following day, as the hotel is outside the airport. They have a shuttle service when you arrive, which could mean waiting a little, and a shuttle that leaves every half hour or a taxi service to return you to the airport. I believe they front desk is open 24 hours.

It is not possible to reserve in advance a space on the shuttle bus going back to the airport. You can reserve it only when you check in, and it's on a first-come first-served basis.

The rooms were gorgeous - beautifully clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The sky bar on the roof was fantastic - beautiful views of the planes taking off and landing and as hotel guests we were invited to the full moon party celebrations with free food and beer and cocktails from 8-11pm including a super fire dancing show. The hotel is literally 2.5 kms from the airport - a 5/20 min shuttle bus ride away - so convenient. The staff were Uber helpful and we had a lovely lunch and dinner at the hotel. Mini mart on the complex. My daughter had room service aswell which was great. We had two rooms - a double and a twin opposite each other. Will definitely stay here again.
