Room and beds were big; Toilet curtains need to be improved on (does not close easily); Location is good, very near National Stadium BTS; Bad bad experience with breakfast, paid and waited one hour and the portion/quality was below average; Seems to be understaffed as saw some of them doing multiple roles eg counter and cafe duty.

The breakfast can be improved on as well as the serving. Paid and waited for 1 hour and literally it was not even crowded. This affected the start time of my plans for the day.

Location, check-in and the hotel at all is perfect. It was not enough time to try the socialize-zone on 3rd floor, but it looks good anyways. The pool and sunbathing zone are worth it. The room was clean, everything inside it is very ergonomic. Staff is lovely, WiFi is fast.

Would like to have a balcony in the room. The air condition was too loud even at the most quiet mode.

the hotel lies deep inside an alley, which is close to the nearby sewage flows so it smells pretty bad when walking to the hotel. This doesn't affect the smell of the room anyway

Great location; under an hour drive from both airports, 10 minute walk to national stadium BTS station, short walking distance to several shopping malls, 40 minute walk from several tourist areas/attractions The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are a good size, and were clean and pretty quiet The linens and towels were all new and clean The pool was nice, and refreshing on the hot days!

The only negative for me was that the halls are quite echoey so depending on how loud people are being it can be disturbing, but I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, for 8 nights in total, and was only actually woken by this once

room was pleasant looking with a small balcony but useful to dry wet cloth. utensils are also available that come very handy for us. i love the structure of the room very much!

Very quiet place. We liked the set-up of the bed as well as the shower/toilet. Its unique. And I could clearly hear the adhaan (call to prayer for Muslims) as there was a masjid nearby. It was such a delightful surprise! We also enjoyed swimming in their pool. The pool area was clean and was pleasantly designed.

Some guests didnt seem to mind the house rules as we still smelled durian in the hallway. We also had to smell cigarette smoke wspecially the first time we stepped inside our room.

The hotel was clean and smelled really good. They even have a Filipina staff that we talked to, but all of them are English speakers. The room was spacious, worth the money. Hotel is strategic, few walks away from 7eleven and bts station. Grocery is also nearby. Grab taxi is very accessible. Daily housekeeping was ensured all the time. Love their cozy vibes swimming pool! Overall. Its 10 stars.

Not much. Maybe in the future they can bring back their breakfast buffet, since they don't offer it during our stay. But they have a la carte meals that u can avail at their resto.

So glad to find room that have 1 queen size bed and a single size bed together in one room. Perfect for guest that travel with 3 person. So that we won't have to book 2 rooms. The room is spacious, clean, air-conditioned, basic amenities are provided. The staffs are friendly and helpful as well.

The toilet in the room have no doors, only curtain. You will not able to shower when another person is using the toilet.

The hotel exceeded my expectation. After a long wait at the airport for a taxi, coming into the lobby and greeted so nicely by the receptionist was greatly appreciated. Checking in was quick, information given was concise & understandable. I was travelling with friends and the hotel accommodated my request to have our rooms beside each other. The room is very clean and comfortable. The room was actually a lot bigger than in the picture. The attention to detail in terms of amenities in the hotel room is more than accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a very comfortable stay

There aren't any side tables be the side of the bed, which was a bit weird. The light switches in the room is wired a bit weirdly. You would assume the light switch to the balcony is by the balcony door, but the balcony light switch is by the front door which is a bit troublesome as you were getting to sleep, you'd have to get up and go to the front door to switch off the balcony light that's right next to you
