Nice recently opened hotel, lovely staff, very helpful and friendly, room was okay, huge king size bed, pretty clean, nice shower, good size fridge and kitchenette, good wifi, good aircon, good work desk, an okay place for a few nights work trip.

Sound pollution, seems like walls/floors don't have any sound isolation, booming music coming in from far away below (I was on the 6th floor), as well as people speaking in the room next door. Weird room planning and waste of space with the useless balcony, couch at the back of the room is only accessible if you climb over the bed, since the balcony blocks it, so yeah pretty weird, who needs the tiny balcony in the BKK concrete jungle anyway.

The hotel is located within 5 min walk from the BTS. Breakfast options are lovely, all standard options such as cereal, salad, bread etc. are the same every day but there is also a small section for Thai breakfast which changes every day. The room is clean and well-decorated, with a very comfy bed. Overall, a very lovely stay.

The wall is very thin, you can clearly hear people walking outside, and can even hear conversations from the next door.

Great location. 5-6 minutes walk to BTS. Friendly and lovely staffs. They also have washing machine which you can pay by using coins and they will also give you free detergents. Kitchen is well equipped with everything even cooking utensils. Big TV just in case you just wanna Netflix at home when it rains Free breakfast for every room which is nice. The security guards are very lovely, so helpful and friendly.

The wall is not sound proofing. if you’re unlucky you might stay next to noisy guests that come back at 3 am (because I did but only for two nights luckily). The bathroom is small for studio. (The space between the sink and the toilet but if you’re not bringing a lot of make up it should be fine)

Gorgeous decor in the room and the dining/bar area. Well thought out and comfortable. Excellent bed. Great hot shower. Actual cooking facilities with pot and pan. I have found a few places that list "kitchen" are nonsense.

The breakfast could be slightly improved by making sure produce is fresh. There was a plate of cheese in the fridge that was perhaps a bit old. Also, most of what I ordered from the kitchen was cold.

excellent hotel, room a bit small but room and bathroom spotlessly clean and very comfortable. nice design touches everywhere, beautiful wood decor and furnishings all over, very warm lounge and dining areas which feel more like a home than a hotel. although the grounds are small, every available space is planted with lush greenery. warm, welcoming and friendly staff. very enjoyable breakfast. good value for money and highly recommended. i will not be looking to stay elsewhere on my next trip to bangkok.

we requested a late check-out but were only allowed an hour. most hotels do allow 2 hours, some even 3. something for the hotel management to re-consider.

Everything was just excellent! We (family with 4 children) arrived very early in the morning from Europe and were welcomed by the super friendly staff and had the chance to enjoy the superb breakfast. Until the first room was ready, we could relax on the rooftop garden with the plunge pool offering a nice view over Bangkok. The rooms are very stylish, clean and with comfortable beds. A welcome variation from the usual, standard (boring) style of the big hotel chains. Would always come again!! Many thanks

The moment we stepped inside Karaarom, it felt like an oasis of calm. The property is beautifully styled and very relaxing. It's a small property and the staff are very gentle and welcoming. The restaurant was incredible and we dined here every day we stayed. It's a short walk to a BTS stop and it's one stop away from fabulous shopping malls. We chose the location for ease of access to the Erawan Museum and the malls (for our final shop before heading home). With a spa just around the corner, we were delighted to get one last massage in on the day of our departure.

We didn't find our room to be particularly clean upon arrival and I could hear people in other rooms during the night. I also wouldn't pay extra for a room with a balcony in the future - ours was tiny and we didn't use it once. While the rooms are generally well-designed to make best use of the floor space, it was a squeeze to get in and out of the bathroom at times. Having said all of that, I'm not put off staying again in the future.

Loved this hotel. Clean and well thought out rooms. Good design and a nice café plus restaurant (plants, lots of wood and a nice atmosphere). Eastern and western breakfast with a decent selection. Very central but quite location. Super steady and fast wifi. Zoom calls etc. went absolutely smoothly. Very friendly staff. One of my favourite hotels in Bangkok at a very fair price.

Vegetarian (and vegan) food options at the restaurant/dining service were not on the menu. I could order vegetarian versions on request, but I really feel like they should be part of the menu - especially since the hotel obviously caters to an international audience. Since they are still on soft launch I don't mind too much, but it's something I would love to see on the next stay.
