Really spacious suite with everything you need for a short or long stay. Living, dining, kitchen. Separate bedroom. Very big bathroom. Nice balcony with seating. Great wifi. Secure building with concierge and security guards. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Goshdarn coat hangers! Fixed onto the rail - not user friendly. But a small price to pay for such a comfortable suite. Oh, and there's no beer/wine in the facility. Not a problem - there's plenty of places to eat and drink in the area.

I had no complaints at all about this Centrepoint service apartment. The most comfortable aparthotel I ever stay in. I stay in aparthotel all over the world and this is by far the best. The service is very friendly and attractive ,good facilities for our need. The location is also perfect, I feel very safe and secure in this high end business district of Bangkok. The 1 bedroom apartment is huge with a big bathroom, very good bed, crisp bed linen and have the washing machine is a plus. A very special thanks to Khun Noodee for cleaning our room sparkling clean everyday. I highly recommend this accommodation to all. We will definitely return next year. The only niggle I have is the coffee cup in the bedroom is so small. We do prefer mug when drinking tea or coffee.

Wow, I have experienced quite a lot of places, but I would say Centre Point Serviced Apartment is "SUPER" place for family. I booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, around 135m2 for me and my wife and my father coming to Thailand for medical treatment. The place is central, around with foodland, supermarkets, a lot of restaurants. You can book cheap grabs to central, everywhere conveniently. - About the apartment and facilities: Perfect, I am satisfied. it's large and everything included, from rice cooker, stove, disk,washing machines, etc. There is cleaning service everyday, so always clean. - Staff: Staff is always helpful and willing to help. Speaking English well. When I have any order, they help and support me immediately. - The facilities: Good, there is also swiming pool and gym for whom want to do exercise.

Very helpful Staff. Very clean and beautifully organized. Swimming pool and it's surrounds very pleasant, as was the gymnasium.

Reception asked me to sign a two page legal document without telling what was in it. I insisted on reading it and refused to sign it. The Hotel did not insist, which was good.

AC in the bedroom is dated and not great at maintaining the temp required.

Pleasant staff, lovely hotel clean, comfortable.

No bar, no resturaunt, no coffee available except in machine in reception.. although I realise due to covid. But informed by staff that the facilities will be available later. Also I did not ever get my 3000 baht deposit back even though I was told it had been returned to my bank. Would I stay again? Yes but would cash for my deposit.

the house keeping not so good, not so clean. the air conditioner system is very noisy if you stay in the balcony. don’t know can you use the service for return to the hotel by shuttle bus

Have everything you need for a long stay. Room is clean and spacious enough.

I couldn’t use the bath tub at all. The water in the bath tub was barely running and only cold water that working… :( The air con was also need to be serviced, it wasn’t cold…

Hotel is conveniently located with good food and amenities nearby Staff is friendly and always willing to assist with our requests Room is spacious and comfortable. Will definitely return for a stay! Pool is recently renovated and gym is great to use as well
