The rooms could be a little more cleaner. Some of the furniture looks run down.

Amazing pool area. Very comfortable bed. Very dark room with no sound pollution or light pollution meaning you get an amazing sleep. Stroll away from all amenities. Fantastic breakfast.

We arrived early so had to wait to check in so we were asked to come back in 2 hours and when we came back they said another hour. They ask for a 2.000 Baht deposit for key cards. Room could do with a deep clean in certain areas although not noticeable unless you look closely.

Staff at breakfast area kept clearing my table the moment I got up. Just one morning I had to get a fresh cup of coffee 3 times. This issue of whether a diner is done can be easily solved by having a card display on the table, indicating “in use” or “finished breakfast”. overall, staff also no well trained to put on a smile more readily - like seeing you in the lift.

On the date we arrived, the young and tall bellman didn’t help old taxi driver to discharged our luggages, 1 lady in our group had to do that. And when he brought the cart to our rooms, not yet unloaded luggages but he gasped for breath intentionally…, and when he unloaded our luggages, he also acted like it’s a very very big job. Generally, he pretended awkwardly as he worked very hard. We were so discomfort that we didn’t leave tip for him. But luckily, only 1 bellman acted like that. On the date we left, other bellmen was very kind and helpful, they even helped us to arrange taxi and care in details.

The location of the hotel, the friendliness and support of the staff. The size of the room and the space of facilities.

There were several inconsiderate guests around d the pool who smoked and played boom boxes so loud one didn't want to remain there as it was not peaceful . Guests also brought food down to the pool and given notices clearly said no smoking, no eating and be considerate staff never intervened!!!

Great location, quiet enough to relax and not be bothered by car noise pollution but close enough to restaurants, bars and music. Check Bang Bang Burger around the corner of the hotel. We have not eaten there yet, as it was our last evening and we ate somewhere else before. But they had a live band, exceptional, our friends stayed until late. It is worth paying extra for the lounge access. Even though the Happy Hour is only two hours and there are not any additional mentionable services outside of this period, but the cocktails during the Happy Hour are fantastic and you can enjoy your breakfast in a calm setting and avoid all the hustle in the main restaurant. We travelled with a one year old and she enjoyed the hotel, pool and lounge a lot. Pool is great too. Unfortunately there are always people who occupy sun beds even though they do not really use them. And no, they were not German, as one would expect. Maybe a few more sun loungers could be placed?

It seemed that our room, despite running the AC on dry or cooling mode continuously, was always damp. The carpets and especially the bed linen felt damp. We travelled during the rainy season, so this might be the reason. Still a bit strange as the AC would usually fix this. It is not like our clothes were wet in the morning, but it felt strange.

The room was spacious and clean. The staffs were amazing! They helped me arrange a birthday surprise with a cake and even sang the birthday song! It was beyond my expectations. Thank you so so much for being so accommodating to us. Me and my friends had an amazing stay! The breakfast was so good with so many choices. Stayed for 5 days and the breakfast buffet food changes every day. Had a good time at the pool too. The pool water was slightly colder but everything else was amazing. Even the room service was excellent. 👍👍👍👍 Definitely worth every penny. Thank you for doing great! 💙

Only one thing and this might not be the fault of the hotel. They is smoking smell inside the room. Probably those irresponsible people smoke in the room.

First off, the location is top-notch. It's in the heart of Sukhumvit, which means you're surrounded by all the action. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from some of the coolest bars, restaurants, and shopping malls. Plus, the BTS Skytrain station is within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff at Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 deserves a shout-out too. They were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. They made me feel right at home and were ready to assist with any queries or requests I had.
