I liked just about everything... The staff was very friendly. helpful, and accommodating. The location was very good for going shopping - a big mall (Central) was next to the hotel. Many luxury stores were in the same building as the hotel.

There was only one thing that was troublesome, but it was not the fault of the hotel staff - the location was not easy to get to if you did not know it already. The GPS instructions were confusing. I actually had to ask people working at other hotels nearby and some did not know the way. The cost of this hotel is very high... for that price I usually get a Club with my stay. The Club being a place in the hotel where they serve food, drink including alcoholic drinks at no charge. I expected a club for the money I paid, but knew they did not have a club.

We have stated a request to see if a complimentary welcome birthday desert can be made available for my mom's birthday but there was no response notlr any action taken from the hotel.

Amazing hotel, exceptional staff and amazing ambience. The hotel is linked to the central embassy, a luxurious mall with all you need. The staff are always available to help and guide. Rashid welcomed us and gave us an amazing walkthrough in the hotel & all the facilities. Concierge service is also excellent. Loved our stay, and definitely coming back whenever we are in Bangkok.

Nothing. Everything was top notch, the in room dining options were limited, but nothing apart of it. Food options around the hotel was available so we didnt see it an issue.

The ambience was lovely esp at the breakfast dining and pool area. Landscape around the pool was beautiful, soothing to the eyes and we didnt feel that we were on the 10th floor with towering buildings surrounding us. A very important aspect. The staff serving us at breakfast were very attentive and one quickly informed me that the steamed crab Siew Mai dish was not halal cz it contains pork. Note: pls write down ingredients of the dishes prepared or have non-halal signs on it

1)The entrance and lobby on ground floor felt cold and non welcoming 2) a few of the pre-cooked dishes at the buffet tables had pork ingredients but was not highlighted.

overall everting was great with the hotel, keep doing the great work. The breakfast was great also, they need to add more options for Muslim visitors. Also, in the ground employees were very helpful in getting Taxi with good rates.

Our room was on 17th Floor, Room 1706, the noise outside was terrible (Cars and motorcycles) couldn't sleep most of the nights. After that we have extended one night and moved to Room 2303 was great but the room beside us family were too noisy.

Where should I start, everything was so good! We have stayed in so many 5 star hotels in Bangkok, (Kempinski, St.Regis) but this hotel was beautiful, staff from the frontoffice, at breakfast , the swimmingpool all are amazing and the service is really GOOD! We also really enjoyed the breakfast so many kinds of delicious food.We had the Park Deluxe corner room that was so spacious and nice, for the kids we had booked the normal Park room was also very big.You can walk to Central Embassy shopping easily. This is our new favorite hotel in Bangkok coming back for sure

Andy in Reception team was beyond amazing! He saw me when I was behind the queue and waved. Let me check in early at 12.30 PM and late check out till 1pm the next day. The booking team asked me to pay 50% of the standard rate for any extra stay between 12-6PM via email! So I was so surprised when he offered to let me stay for another hour free of charge. Andy also helped me to change my booking from twin room ( my mistake) to double King room as I was staying alone. He also managed to find my Hyatt account via my email so I can earn more points ( which I completely forgot!) Can't ask for more!

Staffs are friendly and nice. The lobby attendants were pleasant and helpful especially getting us the taxi to the sightseeing place by negotiating fares at reasonable price for us.

The access to the outdoor swimming poor is a bit weird as I had to walk through tables at the restaurant to get into the swimming pool and back. Not sure whether it was a normal access but anyway people in the restaurant let me walk back and forth in that passage.
