The room was very comfortable. Generally clean. Bed sheets were clean and wooden floors in good order. Water bottles provided. Location was great, across from a 7/11, pharmacy and several massage parlors and restaurants. There is space in front of the hotel for taxis to pick and drop off. Security was super helpful with luggage and front desk task was polite, quick and efficient with check in and check out. Terminal 21 mall is right around the corner (quick walk) and heathland is in the opposite direction. The hotel is very quiet despite being in the heart of the area. Walking a street away and you have the bustle of the Main Street action. Elevator is with a key card for security. Small amenities were provided (shower essentials and a selection of toiletries). Hotel lobby is set off to the side of restaurant Gigi so easy access to the restaurant. Good water pressure and hot water.

Everything was good. No chain lock on the room doors and door was a bit shaky but I still felt safe. unless you are nitpicky about limescale on shower head and bidet it’s a minor issue.

A great place: very good value. Spacious room with a large bed and a shower that could easily fit four people at a time. It is clean, quiet and perfectly airconditioned.

We had an amazing stay at Sacha’s Hotel in Bangkok. room was very spacious, offered everything we needed, it was cleaned every day, very friendly staff and great location close to train and lovely attractions. Highly recommended this hotel. PS: we where there during the earthquake, the building didn’t collapsed or show signs of damage, so we were happy :)

The location was great maybe 200 meters from BTS and MRT, 7-11s were close by. 2 shopping mall at 100+ meters. Room was spacious , bathroom was great with a good water pressure on shower. The room and Hotel is clean and maintained. Ground floor had a good restaurant.

The AC at the room wasn't rightly placed and could do better on the AC. Had to wait a little while until AC is cool again after switching it off while outside. (maybe this was felt more because outside was very hot during my stay.)

I like everything, because it is like coming home. Even if I come the road down and see the signs. You enter the hotel, the friendly staff welcomes you. You come into your room. Home, Peace, Well being. Planning the next steps.

Well, there are small details could be much better. The room door is not closing completely. The alarm rings you have to stand off and push the door to close completely by your hands. The sink is blocked, the drain in the shower is loose. That kind of little things that make it easy to remember that you're not quite at home after all.

The location is great for exploring Bangkok & since we were on a city break, we didn’t need any additional facilities that you might find in more expensive places. The room was large enough with a comfortable bed & great shower room. A really large TV with Netflix and Amazon. For the price (£40) it’s a great option. There is a decent Italian restaurant on the ground floor. The front of house staff were helpful when asked, but we probably the least friendly in our three week tour….far less proactive.

Location is very convenient for dining, drinks or public transport. You can take metro to airport (station is in walking distance even with luggage) and avoid gambling on crazy traffic. Good mall nearby for shopping or groceries. Kind staff. Breakfasts good, but not exceptional. Good A/C.

Not fault of the hotel: open sewage channels is part of Bangkok. During your walk from hotel to the fancy restaurant or metro station you can see and smell them. Hotel is definitely not brand new, some wear-and-tear is notable. Nothing major though.

A well located hotel close to Terminal 21, Asok sky train and Sukhumvit Metro .2 seven elevens near by along with plenty of food and bar options. A good Indian restaurant located next door. Plenty of hot water in the shower available through out the day. Cleaning services is excellent. A good Bar and Restaurant is located on the ground floor

Room was great: bed was comfortable and shower was fantastic Front desk staffs and security guards were very friendly and helpful Location is good too - accessible to BTS and MRT Good street food available nearby on weekdays - step out of the hotel, turn right, walk a short distance and turn right again Hotel restaurant is decent too

Toilet was a bit noisy when we flushed it. Walls between rooms are thin, so you could hear conversations in other rooms

My partner had an accident and the staff at the sacha uni hotel were superb they called for an ambulance and stayed with us until they took us to the hospital. The hotel is situated in a great position close to all the amenities which takes about 7 minutes walk. Hotel is exceptionally clean and all the staff are friendly, helpful and always happy. Excellent hotel
