Clean, new style hotel. Comfortable bed, clean modern shower room/toilet. Great big window, good tv and good wifi. Kettle with tea and coffee and a fridge. Location is good, 5 min walk to terminal 21. I enjoyed staying here. The lighting in the room is very good.

Air-conditioning is a bit loud. The breakfast isnt open Monday and Tuesday. If you booked breakfast for these days, you have to go outside somewhere to get it.

The staff were so lovely. The hotel was clean and modern. Great location. Room size was just about comfortable.

We were advised to book the breakfast for the first following morning, as they knew the kitchen would be busy. All three of us received our breakfast cold, egg almost raw and 30 mins apart from each other. We did not have the breakfast again after that.

Really great location, just around the corner from Terminal 21 and close to public transport. Funky and comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a good complimentary breakfast.

It would be really nice to have a mirror (other than the small one of the basin) in the room. It is a relatively new hotel, so I think there are still some growing kink. For example the breakfast taking a long time, due to the kitchen being on a different floor from the dining area and not many staff members. A couple issues with the AC, but the staff was so lovely and prompt in rectifying the problems. They were so helpful. I'm sure when a few kinks are sorted it will be a 10/10!

Wonderful 3 day stay. Great value, recently renovated (everything new), ideal location (walking distance to Terminal 21 Mall and Asoke BTS), and the entire team was wonderful (from the front desk lady that checked me in to Peach, San, Kate to the GM and Group CEO).

the place is very clean. hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, including the cleaning staff, those who served at the breakfast area and even the security guard.

The following are not complaints, but thought I would feedback the issues I have faced so that you may rectify them. the shower heater has some issues. temperatures were extremes. couldn’t keep to a comfortable warm temp for extended time. need to toggle between hot and cold every few seconds. the safe was also not working. we couldn’t use it. international tv channel options were very limited. and its loudest vol is too soft to be heard..

I loved that the hotel is very close to mrt and bts station. It's around of full active movement of people so I was not afraid to arrived by myself at night time back to the hotel. The staff is very friendly, especially Meen and Mind. Those two lovely girls gave to me an excellent and very helpful service.

Breakfast starts at 07:00, this hour is a little bit late for a tourist that want to start the day early. The kitchen service is a little slow, so you waist a lot of time until you finished breakfast. They put in the room an electric kettle with glasses and mugs but without sugar, coffee and tea bags, ridiculously!!!!

The hotel is very central to points of interest including Terminal 21 Mall, the Benjakitti park, night entertainment areas and the Skytrain and MRT. The staff were truly wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The lobby has a nice boutique feel, and the restaurant serves very good food. The rooms offer everything you need for good value- very comfortable beds and pillows, fast wifi, nice bathroom with good water pressure, delicious breakfast options and luggage storage if needed.

We had zero complaints. This will be our go to place in Bangkok in the future.

It was the only mid priced hotel that I stayed in that looked exactly like the photos. I did not need to ask for a robe or slippers as they were provided as per the picture. The room was large bright and a pleasure to stay in. Great shower and was very clean. Although in busy Sukhumvit the room was very quite and I had great sleeps. The best part was the staff. Always helpful, always polite always welcoming.

The stairs at the front. You can access the lobby through the ground floor but need to go through a bar. I was never certain that this was ok but when I was too tired to use the stairs I just used to ground floor lift. Small issue and not one would stop me from staying there again. This hotel is a gem.
