The pool area and rooms

The Lobby area is pretty empty with no proper seating or for people to relax if they waiting to see guests or checking in Also it can be quite noisy with in supervise children at the pool Also there should be no smoking signs around the pool area

Rooms were clean, hospitality was good, bueffet breakfast had good variety, though we had to struggle to find something suitable for our Indian taste of food.

1. We were asked to pay deposit of 4k THB while check-in which we were not aware while booking from booking.com site, They should have mentioned it at the time of booking itself. Later when we negotiated they agreed easily to accept it at 1k THB, it looked they were just trying to get some extra money. Though later they adjusted same in final bill, so it means we need to be alert while they do our final billling. 2. Except few (2-3) staff at reception, no other staff could speak English, this is a hotel of Intl standards conducting intl conferences/business meetings, one of which we were attending, so we expected staff to speak at least some common intl langauge, which made our requests not understood by them well so they couldn't fulfill them properly. Rest all things were good.

The swimming pool and the spa. It was also close the to skyline train which made it very easily accessible to get around.

The noise but this was due to the refurbishment that is happening.

Large rooms, very friendly staff, good room service, nice Chinese Resturant on location. Location is central.

Hotel room is a bit outdated and could use an update

The Landmark is a premier hotel in the very heart of the action. The renovations are amazing - everything is modern and clean! The rooms are good size and the bedding and pillows are super comfortable. The upstairs bar and restaurant have some of the best views unto the city. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, BIG PLUS: guests workout for free at Fitness First on the 4th floor - it’s a premium gym with all the equipment and classes you can wish for! I will definitely return to the Landmark! :)

The Landmark is in a prime entertainment and business area. Rooms are stylish and set up for business writing with spacious desks. It's a great area for conferences and after dinner entertainment. The hotel is next to the Nana 4 area and walking distance to Soi Cowboy, both of which must be seen to appreciate Bangkok's reputation, but they aren't to be feared, everyone is welcome, and they are tame - though cater to a variety of interests. I know you are curious, so have a look, and enjoy the area. The Landmark is also a short ride away by overhead train to classical concerts, plays and other main attractions. Bangkok has something for everyone. The Landmark provides the access to everything in Bangkok at a great price point for a 5 star hotel. I have tried other hotels in Bangkok but always return to The Landmark. In 2024 the hotel is undergoing extensive renovations but the rooms are available at discount prices. Good time to book.

Try to arrive between rush hours. The ride from the BKK is about 40 minutes, and a little more in rush hour.

Good room. Lovely friendly staff. Location excellent. Breakfast very good. When working at best, the landmark is efficient and charming. But I think compensation should be made for the extensive renovation being done. You should acknowledge this inconvenience, and compensate. Trust is the cardinal value here. Over time this is what brings us back.

Renovation. See above. Even some small compensation. Chocolates, or whatever, in the rooms with a card acknowledging inconvenience and with apology. Trying to pretend it's not happening is not the way to go. I would offer other forms of compensation as well. That's up to you to figure out. If something like this is unacknowledged, it is still known by the customer (the memory doesn't go away), and known by the customer as being unacknowledged. This doesn't foster trust.

Beautifully clean with wonderful staff who were super kind and friendly. The breakfast in the Atrium was amazing. Such a fantastic choice of Thai and international cuisine. The room has great views over central Bangkok.

The noise…..Our room was on the 29th floor (which is Club level). The street noise and the Karaoke Bar below the window (not affiliated with the hotel) were so noisy we couldn’t sleep. This continued until at least 04:00 am. It wasn’t until I opened the bedside drawer the next morning that I found the provided earplugs, so the hotel must be aware….

A wide variety is offered for breakfast, catering to both those who prioritize healthy choices and the rest of us who may not. The location is excellent if you plan to use public transportation, with a BTS station just a short distance away. I took a stroll around, and you'll find everything you need in terms of food and services in the area.

Since I only stayed for one night, there wasn’t enough time to find anything negative. I was very pleased with my room. It took me a moment to figure out that all the lights and the air conditioning are controlled by a remote.

We love the location, the atmosphere, the service and comfort, even due to the ongoing renovation work the availability was a bit reduced

We actually love staying at Landmark, but this time there was especially two two things that dragged the experience down. 1) The temperature in the common areas as well as the rooms was far too low. When it is 30++ outside and you enter into the hotel that keeps a temperatur of 20-22 °C it is directly uncomfortable. 2). The food in the Club exclusive at the top floor this was really disappointing, both when it comes to quality as well as the choices
