Great hotel , it’s new so everything is clean. Only 1 BTS stop away from IconSiam the latest shopping mall, 10 min if prefer to walk, this is extremely convenient for us. View of ChaoPhraya river is awesome. And most grateful to the team of staffs there especially the Manager Coco who really went the extra mile to watch out for us after hearing my mum is not feeling well. From recommending hospital , restaurants, and to getting us a taxi on the last day. All these personal touch really deserves a 5star rating.

This upmarket hotel was very well located near a big shopping centre and the ferry. I loved the swimming pool! Staff were very flexible in letting us hang out until it was time to go to the airport way past checkout and that was great.

The room was relatively small but we had a good view and everything we needed.

Excellent location, near to the fabulous Iconsiam shopping centre. Great facilities with amazon prime and Netflix TV in both the lounge and the bedroom. Great lounge with mini kitchen. Big bedroom with comfy bed, wardrobe space and plenty storage. Lovely bathroom with big shower and separate bath. Useful toiletries were also provided. Balcony looked onto smart gardens. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Served in the very clean smart restaurant, which played easy listening music. All the staff were friendly and helpful and responded to any request in a timely manner.

Noise from children shouting in the pool began around 7 am which annoyingly woke us every morning. I think the pool should operate FROM 9 am giving everyone on holiday a chance for a peaceful and calm start to their day.

Lovely new rooms and high standard of cleanliness maintained by daily housekeeping. Friendly and helpful reception and checkin. Excellent pool, kids playroom and general facilities - this was a big highlight. We used taxi or tuk tuk to get to and from the hotel as the location was between 10 and 30 minutes drive from many tourist sites but the upside is that it’s very near to the iconsiam mall and the chao praya river. It was nice and quiet for central bangkok- I’d recommend for young children.

The spa receptionist was rude and disinterested when I inquired about services so I took my business outside the hotel. We didn’t try the restaurant as there were great cheaper options outside the hotel too.

Service oriented nice staff and room services. UHG again rocks with good hospitality. Newly built good hotel close to Icon siam and locoted at Chao prayo River bed. Kids friendly and nice for families. Nice pool with kids slide and wonderful breakfast spreads. Species rooms and pleasant parking space . We stayed 1 bedroom suite which has very spacies and river view. There are 2 towers, one facing the city and the other one facing the river ( North Tower) breakfast and pool at this tower. Just 50 meters are different between both buildings.

Very good breakfast with a lot of selection. The coffee is very good and the food selection changes everyday. The hotel is very well located, next to the Icon Siam and the Chinatown. The rooms are modern and spacious, the bed is so comfortable. I highly recommend there for the great help of the team as well.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast was consistently good. Pool is great.

Water temperature in shower would fluctuate too hot to too cold while showering.

hard to call grab , and not convenient to icon siam need call grab , walking nearby dont have any attractions the location is quite in the back lane

The reception, garden area, pool and riverside location. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable.

Had a leak in the bathroom on day 3 but was quickly fixed by staff with a silicone gun.

Honestly the hotel photos on the website don’t do it justice. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.
