Excellent location, close to metro and King Power Mahanakhon, which in addition to the view from rooftop has a series of department stores with excellent discounts. Many options restaurant and a pharmacy just a few meters away. Taxis and motorcycle taxis are always nearby. Across the street there a laundry, hair salon and a massage shop (Lek) that also offers beauty services. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The bathtub is a comfort itself. The breakfast is complete, but there are more lunch options than breakfast. The staff attentive and helpful, but not everyone understands English very well.

The pool wasn’t working.

Location is ideal, next to BTS station , taxi rank and on main road, multiple eateries ( Thai & Euro ) ,7/11,grocery store etc close by. Air con is very effiecient , sound proofing is good, room is larger than most in Bangkok. On site tour and carride desk.

Despite listed there is no cable TV, just a handful Thai channels and only 1 in English being a Singapore channel, very disappointing as I an avid fan of F1 & Moto GP, cant even watch local news.Shower flow is poor and temp rarely above lukewarm. There is an unlocked floor to ceiling window that opens to 9 floor drop to alleyway.

location was awesome. I came back to my room every day with freshly made bed with clean sheets and fresh towels. Bed was stiff but I think thats normal as a westerner coming to thailand as all the beds i slept in during my month stay were stiff.

Breakfast average included. Great staff. I wanted to explore nearby. Great location for exploring silom area. Pool is very small cannot swim. Fitness center is too small to be useable. Right next to sky train is great. Many good international restaurants nearby.

The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and air conditioning. There was a desk and a sofa, since the room was very big. The reception staff was always helpful and efficient and there was also a spa in the hotel but we didn't try it. The hotel is located just in front of King Power Mahanakhon skyscraper and in front of a BTS stop and it makes it very easy to move around the city. In addition, just around the corner there are several cafes and restaurants and a few banks.

Even if the room appeared to be perfectly cleaned, we found a cockroach in the room. I know this can be common in Bangkok, but still...

right next to Chong nonsi bts station and across the road from Mahanakhon skywalk experience. lots of street food within walking distance as well as McDonalds and 7/11 on the corner of the street or food stalls at the bts station. hotel check in reception staff and housekeeping staff were always very prompt, kind, attentive, helpful and friendly as well as staff at the tour desk. room and facilities included were very good value.

no real complaint - sometimes the aircon was loud but it wasn’t really a bother. this place is quite pleasant. have stayed here before this time and will definitely return again. thank you kindly

Everything is satisfactory; however, I have a suggestion for improvement. It would be beneficial to install a lift for the convenience of customers. It was a bit challenging to navigate to the 4th or 3rd floor with luggage without a lift.

Very spacious room. Looks clean, nice, modern. At 800 baht a night it's quite good value. Getting there from the BTS is very quick and easy. The room had a bathtub which is a plus, water pressure was good and well heated. Wifi worked fine for me for the duration.

I would say that the airconditioner was not suited to a room of that size. It could not provide adequate cooling. As a result I did not feel as comfortable as I would have liked. Perhaps had the bed been positioned directly below the AC unit it wouldn't have felt as hot, but as it was I would say this particular room needs additional cooling either from a fan or by upgrading the AC unit.

I was very happy with my stay. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location was terrific, right by a train station, which one could use to travel around Bangkok. Very good breakfast and a great pool with a city view.

The entrance and reception are below street level-- the sidewalk slopes down toward them. Sometimes the path walk to the reception and entrances had a smell as there seemed to be some sewage pipes running through.
