We had a fabulous stay at the hotel, it was very clean and well kept. The entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, accommodating and super helpful. It was refreshing to see sustainable initiatives incorporated here with free water refills on all floors, bamboo slippers, built-in dispensers for shower gel and shampoo and minimally packaged soap coins for hand soap amongst other things. The breakfast assortment was simple yet delicious with both sweet and savory options. The swift laundry service returned our clothes with a lovely fragrance. Located in a central spot, the hotel was conveniently away from the noise and yet close to the hustle and bustle of this charming city. Although we were sad to leave, we were pleased with our experience and look forward to staying here on our next visit.

The location was great and close to the main attractions. The house cleaning was consistent. The staff were super friendly.

The air conditioning was not easy to operate and a bit annoying. Also the shower would always leak.

Location and staff are the best. Will definitely be back!

Need to improve on the toilet/bath as the water splashes to the entire bath because the wall is not enough to block it.

Location excellent. No noisy bars or night-life problems. All bars, etc, in easy walking distance. Breakfast was basic but as displayed. Plenty to eat. One thing, no hot water in sink for shaving, no fan only air-con, would have loved a miror in the bedroom as the bathroom was dark. Not really big issues for us, just observations. The guests were from all over and different ages. We are seniors, and this was perfect. Easy walk to everything.

Nothing really, the photo's on booking.com are accurate. We did wonder about the pool location. However, once b'fast was over, there was no one around.

Very need, clean, and modern. staff were very helpful and friendly. the location is great. quiet residential area with very little traffic but only 10min walk from the Thapae gate (east gate) of the old town. Breakfast was great. free water and fruit 24/7 in the lobby. The staff patiently answered our questions and gave us suggestions on transportation solutions.

The room is not super sound proof but because the neighborhood is extremely quiet and other guests were all well-behaving we enjoyed peaceful stay and sleep.

Hotel is a great location, close to Chiang Mai old city, temples and night bazaars. Hotel is clean, feels modern, and staff were always super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and it is okay, cold water, fruit and coffee anytime was something amazing they offered. Bedrooms are okay size for 2 people, TV with access to Netflix, etc, good wifi, we really liked our stay here. Staying in this hotel is recommended, it is a good value. We also left an iPad after check out in the room and they kept it for us for pick up. Trustworthy staff and location feels safe!

Our bed wasn’t too comfortable, it was hard for our taste and if you are a side sleeper might not be a good rest for you. It is okay if you are only staying for a few nights.

The staff were so professional and genuinely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond for me (I accidentally overstayed and they kindly let me know and i booked one more night, then they told me I had left something in my room when I was leaving, they told me directions every time I asked them etc...) I noticed the difference when I checked into my next more expensive hotel and the staff were rude and unhelpful- It made me realise even more how great they all were at On Thapae :)

The super cute little orange cat that hangs around was so cute! Just remember it has sharp claws and is a quick as lightening lol....

A beautiful, brand-new hotel with comfortable rooms and powerful AC. Although the pool was small, it was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. We appreciated being able to fill our water bottles with high-quality filtered water—our stomachs felt great the entire stay. The staff was extremely helpful, and the laundry service was quick, leaving our clothes smelling wonderful. We loved the thoughtful touches, like complimentary coffee and tea available anytime, and umbrellas for guests. The location was convenient, and the rooms were quiet, allowing for a peaceful rest. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Hotel was very clean. We had great sleep as it is very quiet during the night. Hotel is close to the Sunday night market and around 20 minute walk from Wat Phra Singh temple. Staff is very lovely and helpful. They even helped us book and organize elephant sanctuary tour. Breakfast was very good with various options. There is a nice small pool that looks clean but we didn’t have time to try it as the weather wasn’t great during our stay.

AC is a bit loud and above the bed but you can set the direction away from the bed.

Beautiful hotel! In the best location, only 10 mins fun walk to the night market. 3 mins from a 7-11. Was cleaned every day absolutely immaculately, and thought it was incredibly reasonably priced. Lovely to be able to help yourself to free drinking water, fresh fruit, teas & coffees whenever you like at reception. Rooms have lovely huge windows, letting in loads of light and fun to look out at Chiang Mai. Pool looks small but once you’re in it it’s great! Staff super helpful and just generally brilliant! X
