Probably our favourite hotel we’ve stayed in in all of SE Asia. We loved it here, the staff were so welcoming and helpful and the whole vibe of the place is so calming. The room was spotless, stylish and had strong A/C, WiFi and a smart tv. The shower had amazing pressure which was a nice change! Each guest gets a voucher for a free coffee each morning, but you can get any kind of artisan/barista coffee you like - not the usual instant stuff! There’s a little kitchen area downstairs too where you can make use of the free toast and cereal as well as water refills. The location is great, walk straight up towards McDonalds and continue on to get to Nimman (20 mins), or turn right to get to the old town (15/20 mins). Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

The cutest coffee shop downstairs makes the most incredible brews, and getting free coffees every day was such a treat! 😍 The self-service area is stocked 24/7 with complimentary drinks and snack baskets which made me feel so spoiled. Can we talk about the STUNNING decor?! Everything is perfectly coordinated, right down to the staff uniforms that match the shop's beautiful aesthetic. The attention to detail is incredible and everything is kept absolutely spotless. This place is seriously a hidden gem! ✨🌿💚

This was a lovely little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who recommended things to do and see. We also received 2 free drinks per room for each night we stayed from the cafe downstairs which we didn't know about so this was a bonus. Even though it doesn't state breakfast included they have a small kitchen downstairs that has a kettle and toaster and a fridge with snacks available 24/7 with unlimited bottled of water this includes cereal great to start your day off..The room was lovely and spacious and very clean...The best hotel we have stayed in chaing mai that's feels homely..Will definitely be back again also all staff was again very friendly puki especially was very warm and welcoming 🙏 😀 x

The room was clean and modern and so comfortable to rest in. The whole atmosphere of this cafe hotel is great and relaxing! There is an area to get some free drinks and snacks and I felt that there's a lot considered for guests to feel comfortable and happy in this place. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful too! I would love to stay here again if I visit Chiang Mai. Recommended for all solo travellers or couples or small families.

The modern minimalist interior design is just gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and the lighting was very soothing. I loved the 24/7 kitchen with bread, butter, jam, yoghurt, cereal, milk, tea and cookies. The attached café is delicious, and you get 2 free drinks a day. The staff is also one of the friendliest I’ve met. Make sure to ask them for recommendations!

It’s a little outside of the center, but very close to the hip Nimman neighbourhood, as well as the airport. The occasional airplane sounds didn’t bother me, and I didn’t hear any while sleeping. You can easily get a Grab taxi to the center.

Very cool aesthetic, great variety of delicious drinks in the cafe (you get free 2 drinks a day, I recommend matcha options). At first I was worried about outside sounds but it was totally quiet at night. Great neighborhood, lots of food and cafe options. Girls at the cafe were great and super helpful, great tips about what to do and where to eat!

Some may be bothered about limited privacy you get in the bathroom, but it depends on boundaries in relationships I guess…

I loved everything about my stay! The room was very nicely decorated, the bathroom was big and the place was as bright as it looks in the pictures. The staff was helpful too. As the hotel is attached to a café, you also have two complimentary drinks. I would come again or recommend Evergreen hotel to friends!

The only negative thing I could see was the surrounding (light) noise as the kitchen/common area is at the center of the rooms. Otherwise, there are no major negative points to highlight.

The location is between the popular touristy area "Nimman" and "Old Town", so it was really quiet. It is also quite close to the airport, so sometimes you can hear the airplane taking off or landing but it did not bother me too much. The room is super clean and a decent size for a solo traveler which I felt super comfortable staying there. The host offered me drinks from its self-owned cafe which made me feel super welcomed. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

If there was more variety of breakfast options will have been perfect!

The hotel is well designed and exceptionally clean with very comfortable rooms. The hospitality and service is the best that I have ever encountered in a hotel. The cafe has incredible coffee and tea. Amazing hotel.

It is located in a residential area, very peaceful and quiet which is exactly what I need. Room is cosy and comfortable, though I think the toilet can do with more hangers or shelf in the dry area. The 24hr pantry and free drink from the cafe was a nice touch and the drinks from the cafe are really good!

Although it can’t be help, I’m afraid of house lizards and the big ones unfortunately like to hang out near the main door… (there were 2 on the door itself when I had to self-check in T_T)
