Location was perfect walk to everything you needed! I stayed in a private room and shared dorm. My private room was small but functional with the private balcony was the 95% reason I stayed here which looks to the sunrise if you’re a morning bird! The bathroom was perfectly clean and all working new fixtures.! The lighting in the private room was pretty bad.. only two light fixtures and the one over the bed is some bright hospital light kind of thing.. (small complaint but didn’t make for a romantic setting in the private room laying in bed staring up at a bright light.) Although for the dorm side of the bathroom Some basic functions needs attending too! 2/4 showers could use new fixtures that aren’t working properly. Saw a cockroach walking around in the bathroom one time but that can happen anywhere in Thailand!

Very good location, nice staff, they help you with booking tickets to pai or some activities, room was nice size and comfortable, cute balcony and decent bathroom

Bathroom could use some renovation, especially the water pressure and temperature was not great, pretty bad lighting, the rooms are very dark

Firstly, the main reception staff (Aum) I hope I got it right 🫣 she has been so wonderful! I truly enjoyed my stay the first time as a walk in guests & then came back again to stay few more nights! It’s so convenient, clean, spacious & comfortable. They have a shared common space. It’s honestly value for money! I will be back again when I’m back in Chiang Mai

I had a private room on the 3rd floor and a private balcony overlooking the canal. Big room, no breakfast or restaurant but great location for exploring the old city. Great tour business just next door that was very helpful and good value. I extended my stay by 2 more nights on a cash basis for 1000 bhat a night because the location was so great. Just a 5 minute walk to the best nightlife in town.

The location is excellent, everything in the old city was within walking distance. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars in the area too. The staff members were also very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean, especially the bathroom, and the balcony was a good place to eat or work from.

No elevator so difficult if you have heavy bags. If you are looking for quiet place at night then it might be suitable as there are many bars and clubs around and you can hear merry people out and about late.

Very friendly staff and calm hostel. The location is very good

Little smell in the bathroom but nothing crazy. The placement of my locker just under the bed and the ladder made it difficult to access but once again, it’s fine

We had such a lovely room with a little balcony for 4 nights and it was great! The location is right on the edge of the old town which meant easy access to the cute and authentic old town and easy pick up and drop off for any tours you wish to do. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were great even with the room confusion at the start.
