The location is perfect, right next to the Night Bazaar. A short 15min walk, you can reach the Thae Pae Gate, the Old Town City, the McDonalds meet-up point for the Tripguru day tour, Chinatown and Ping River and lots of great food, Michellin guide restaurants around Chiang Mai Marriott. We are so spoilt for choice! I'd highly recommend anyone visiting Chiang Mai, just book with Marriott. Not to mention, the morning breakfast is awesome too. After a full day of walking around town, coming back to the hotel, to a nice comfy bed, and a warm bath, it is total bliss and complete relaxation!

The property was excellent, very modern and clean. The breakfast was amazing, with live cooking stations. The staff were very attentive and polite. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, right next to a night market and a 10 minute drive into the Chiang Mai city centre. The hotel was also a convenient location for your pick ups. Overall the facilities in the hotel were excellent. Definitely worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay! Recently renovated hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet, lovely children's amenities (kid's pool with slide and play room) and a infinity pool with bar/food service overlooking the mountains! Located close to tons of restaurants and night markets. Special thanks to Cartoon and Card for their help!

Great location, nice room, fantastic pool, good breakfast and nice restaurant, friendly and helpful staff.

I liked the service and the staff. Very professional, friendly, kind and give you the feeling that they will do anything for you. The room was perfect, clean, neat and i have enough space. I LOVES THE SHOWER. The pool and the pool side staff were so kind and friendly. Furthermore, the location cannot be better. It doesn’t matter in which direction you went there was always something to do. Overall a 10/10 stay.

There is only 1 remark. I think the pool can use a scrub once in a while. Especially the whirlpool area. Just scrub away the greens in and around the pool to give a polished final touch. Also i felt bad for the noodle station guy at breakfast. Maybe make guest notice him more and promote how-to with the noodle station.

Staff is professional, caring, polite and very responsive all the time. Rooms are good and modern. Breakfast is really good with lot of options. Bathtub in the bathroom is spacious and good Lot of food options near the hotel and very convinent to travel anywhere from hotel. Close to changmai airport too.

Wash basin should have been two rather one There should have been door separation for toilet so that two people can use at the same time. Shower was bit confusing to use but hotel staff came to sort out it quickly. Next to bathtub there should have been a drain hole. It is bit far and if in any case water overflows from bathtub it gets all wet floor.

One of the best hotels i have stayed.Very dominant building,modern and clean.Big rooms with all the amenities,clean and soundproof.Very good wifi.The staff is always helping u,we arranged the transport from/to the airport with hotels vehicle which i recommend.Also 2 day trips with the reception.The pool area is beautiful to relax and have a drink or a light meal/snack.The italian restaurant on the second floor was delicious!15’ walking distance to the old town,with plenty of bars cafes restaurants around it.

Exceptional staff Loved the place, excellent location with a good view, staff coudnt do enough for you, top rate drinks made fresh at the bar, just what I needed, fresh food with a great selection, I'd have to pay 4 times the amount for this quality where I live. All the hustle & bustle of the city centre market area just out the door, if you're considering a stop over in Chiang Mai, this hotel doesn't disappoint. Loi Kroh rd is where you'll find alot of entertainment, the hotel is also only a 5min taxi ride from the old city area, which has all that cafe scene charm

Nice breakfast ,superb location and the room is beautiful. The Italian restaurant is very nice.Chef is very helpful .He had given me a very delicious food. The Pink restaurant is very good. Their the food is delicious. Miss Aomsin and Miss Jeng is very good and polite.Chef Tum and Chef Jack is very helpful .Thank you for everything. Again I will visit this hotel.

Conceive service should be better.

I loved how spacious the rooms were. The rooms were beautifully decorated and tidied each day, with an additional visit for towels and other amenities. The staff were so kind and lovely throughout the whole stay. I would definitely recommend. I even got a free upgrade which I wasn’t expecting, so the room I stayed in had a stunning view of the mountains. I didn’t feel affected by the works happening at the property. I was provided with a car to take me to the nearby Shangri-La for pool use.

I think the floor could have been cleaned a little better but that was it.
