Loved the location in a cool artsy hub (vintage shops, bars and food in the same small street). Despites bars and cafes it was not noisy, but really relaxed quite area (We were traveling with a 1 year old so it was important). Staff were lovely. Food (breakfast included) was available to order to the room or common area from nearby cafes and was good. Pool was nice, though chilly, but it is common. Room was very spacious, but basic and a little bit outdated (that is the only reason i gave 9, not 10), but it was not a problem.

The room was fantastic, a great size, i think we had the premium room. It's a really funky setup surrounded by cafes & vintage type shops. There are lots of areas to sit & relax. The pool was small but the seating area well catered for with lots of loungers. Location was good, staff were very friendly & helpful.

I wasn't aware it was also a backpackers. This for us was not a problem but it isn't clear when you book it that you share the facilities like the pool. In the booking system it just looks like there are a few rooms that share the pool. The pool is in fact open to anyone, if you're not staying there you can pay to use the pool.

We recently stayed at The Warehouse Chiang Mai, and it has quickly become our new favorite hotel in the city. This place was a fantastic discovery! The location is ideal, just a few steps from the main gates of the Old City, with easy access to temples, markets, and local restaurants. The closest gate, Tha Phae Gate, is only a short walk away. The hotel has an industrial and modern design, with spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms that offer all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We also loved the on-site pool, which was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. After such a great experience, The Warehouse Chiang Mai will definitely be our go-to hotel in the future whenever we visit the city.

The Warehouse boutique hotel is highly recommended! The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The pool is phenomenal. The location is perfect and it is a 5 minute walk from the U.S. Consulate. The hotel offers food from several restaurants but there are also many more in the area. The best part of our stay was the friendly, welcoming and very accommodating staff. The entire staff was wonderful from the house keepers to the pool staff. But the manager Pattie and the front desk receptionist Matmee went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary and memorable. The entire hotel was immaculate. The pool area, the rooms as well as the lobby were always very clean. We love the hotel but we will definitely stay again because of the friendly, professional and exceptional hospitality that we received from the entire staff!

I liked everything!

We stayed in a superior double. The rooms were really spacious and bright with good size balconies and large super comfy beds. The bathrooms were really clean with no mold (which we have experienced a lot in Asia), shower pressure was excellent and they provided body wash, shampoo AND conditioner (which is definitely not the norm and greatly appreciated). The pool was large and always clean with plenty of sunbeds/space. We also used the internet a lot with no problems, great speed. There is a communal are by reception with free tea, coffee and pineapple biscuits to! It seems like it is quite a way back on the map but actually it is a 5/10 minute walk to the east gate depending on your speed which is where the Sunday walking market is. There is also plenty of restaurants etc along here too. We extended our stay here and ended up being there for a week, we then came back again for a night on our way back from Pai, this time we had a standard double and all the above still applies. Massive shout out to the reception and cleaners who were always so willing to help and had a constant smile. Genuinely just a really nice place to stay.

Overall, the stay was good. Locational comfortable, about 15 mins walk away, everything was within reach. Every day the room was cleaned, towels replaced, the bed covered. The pool was great! Receptionists responsive. The environment cleaned up.

1. problems with water supply, it was very weak and irregular, staff were trying to help, as far as possible the problem was fixed. 2. there were very loud upper-floor neighbours, poor sound insulation. 3. the cleaning level could be better, in some places foreign hair left, a napkin in a kettle, dust.

The room (room 204) was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking reception, which got the sun in the afternoons. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and did everything they could to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. It really felt like "home" there and we are sad to leave. The pool was nice to have, and it was shared with the people staying in the hostel. The location is brilliant. It is under a 10 minute walk to the old town and there are bars and restaurants nearby.

Plenty of sunbeds - great pool! Staff always on hand if needed. Great family run hotel/hostel. We stayed in the hotel part so cannot comment on the hostel accommodation. We had a really big room - 101. Room was spotlessly clean, shower was great and warm! We really liked the fact that you had a 10-15 min walk to the old city but there were a few eateries/coffee shops nearby. A special mention to Moo Tod Ama coffee shop/restaurant which is just around the corner. Their food is excellent. They provide the breakfasts if you order them at the hotel. They also deliver food and drinks to you at the pool if you order at the hotel/hostel. Really lovely staff.

Great location, walking distance from the old town and night market. The room was spacious and we had all the comfort we needed. Very comfortable bed. This is a in between solution for who likes the feeling of a hostel without losing the privacy and comfort of a hotel. I specifically liked that they are very environmentally friendly. Also nice pool

We were on ground floor- there’s a lot of insect in Thailand you gotta check that no beetles come through the door. Because it kinda feels like a hostel - at night you can hear people being loud - it wasn’t too bad but just worth mentioning.

Pool was large and amazing with great sun and super clean. Coffee in lobby was a plus. Clean rooms.

The staff was ok but not overly friendly. The woman who worked the night shift was the friendliest. The paid bikes were older and extremely hard to pedal and painful to ride. We rented them for 2 days and I wished that they had been better bikes as our next hotel also had bikes that were way better and a joy to ride. The mango shake was tasteless and there were not a lot of vegan options for breakfast. Also, breakfast seemed pretty pricy. This hotel should be more environmentally responsible and provide a free water refill station! We went through countless plastic water bottles since we had to keep buying more bottles and there was nowhere to refill our water bottles at this hotel. This is terrible for the environment! Please add a water refilling station.
