Good size rooms, good tv which enabled us to use our Netflix and Amazon accounts, good breakfasts, excellent friendly and helpful staff. Great pool area and very close to beach. Nice well kept gardens. The manager “Addy” was excellent sorting out any problems very quickly, we had an air con unit fail but she arranged to get it sorted immediately and this was fixed within a couple of hours even though it needed a part replacing.

The pool needed better maintenance as some days it was cloudy, they did seem to be getting on top of this later during our stay and we were told they were changing their pool maintenance contractors due to them not been happy with the service they provided.

-The hotel area and the rooms were beautiful and super clean. Very cozy atmosphere. -Everything is still new, great AC -You can book a moped from the reception -The chef Pong makes really good food -Really enjoyed the stay and overall feeling of the hotel

-The reception was not always there if you needed them, and the other staff could not really speak english. Not a big issue. -Breakfast is ok -The surroundings are not the best. The beach is not the best of Koh Lanta but nice to watch the sunset. The road to the hotel should be taken care of, add lights at least. The main road is also dark and not much to see, although we found a couple nice restaurants anyway. Renting a moped was necessary and anyway the best way to see Lanta wherever you stay.

God forsaken location off a poor county road, on a dirt street so rocky and narrow, taxis don't like to come down from the main road. This is the countryside with very few nearby places to walk to. The nearby beach is rocky and unswimmable, the swimming beach is 1km away.

Lovely boutique retreat set in gorgeous tropical gardens with sea views. Clean, comfortable and with wonderful, helpful and friendly staff made for a wonderful, relaxing Thai island break. Less than 5 minute walk to gorgeous stretches of beach at both Relax Beach and Long Beach and was also q short walk to some great places to eat along the main road behind the beach including Yang, Yawee and Gina's.

The hotel has a lovely, quiet and shady pool area, perfect when you need an afternoon out of the sun. Water lovely and cool. The pool facilities could do with a little maintenance including the pool ladder, shower controls and the paved surround could do with upgrading. Breakfast was a bit limited in choice and could so with offering smoothies and a more varied selection of fresh fruit. The coffee was not great. The omlettes and other egg dishes were very good though.

Staff are lovely, beautiful gardens, rooms really comfortable, we had deluxe double and it was a good size with really comfortable bed. Great bathroom and amenities, breakfast was great. It’s super quiet and chill, we were on honeymoon so loved this. They made us the cutest towel display for our honeymoon too. Pool area is great. Long beach is a nice quiet part of town but with loads of choice of restaurants and bars, massage, beaches, scuba etc. we’d recommend Cozy restaurant, Krit friendly bar, Flip Flop scuba diving, and cooking class with Lanta Thai cookery school. All amazing. Hotel arranged transfers for us, really easy. Lanta was our last stop after a bunch of places and it’s a really relaxed way to end our trip. We loved Treeya and everything about our stay here.

Very friendly hotel. Beautiful accommodation in lovely well maintained gardens. The manager was welcoming and helpful, pointing us in the direction of local trips and good quality restaurants. The hotel is good value for money as the accommodation is spacious, well maintained, and designed for comfort. Thank you to Nine and the rest of his team for an unforgettable stay close to the most beautiful beach. We recommend travel to Koh Lanta in low season if you like a more temperate climate and plenty of space to enjoy the serenity of Koh Lantas natural beauty.

All went well

Incredible hotel set around lush tropical gardens. Only 20 rooms so it never feels crowded. Very friendly helpful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The deluxe rooms, lower numbers are a lot nicer than the standard rooms and are very similar in price. Pay the extra as it’s worth it. I stayed twice at this hotel I loved it so much! It’s a short 2 min walk from the swimming pool / breakfast terrace to the end of the beach. It’s the rocky end, but only a 5 min walk along the sand to reach the swimmable area of long beach. This quieter end is a perfect place to relax within easy reach of the beach restaurants and bars further along. Motorbikes can be hired from reception to easily explore the island, heading south is better to explore than heading north.

I had to leave - it was so good I came back

Lovely setting which was very green and tranquil. The room was nice and had all I need for my stay. The girls who worked behind the bar at breakfast and throughout the day were lovely. Perfect place to unwind. It was in walking distance to the beach. Laundry was inexpensive in comparison to other hotels.

I didn't like the location as it was at the bottom of a dirt track and there weren't that many places around it. You definitely need a scooter. The manager of the complex was very changeable and abrupt in her manner. On arriving she said "name" rather than "hello/welcome". She wasn't very personable, bordering on rude, but to her credit she ran the complex well. The showers weren't great as no hot water but fine in a heatwave when you only want a cool one!

Lovely hotel area with a nice garden, tastefully designed restaurant and pool area. The room was spacious and had a nice patio. Nice staff.

Would have preferred one large king size bed, there was a single and queen sized bed which is not optimal for couples. The beds were also quite hard. During our stay there was maintance on the water system which resulted in turnt off water for a period of 1-2 hours a day for 3 days in a row. Wasn’t too much of a problem but we got no heads up or information about when it was happening and that it was going to be for several days.

Wow! What a beautiful place. Lovely bungalows set in beautiful gardens. Great location at the end of long beach. The staff were fantastic. We didn’t get their names but a thank you to our man on reception who helped us find great beaches, trips and restaurants, and a very special thank you to our waiter who showed us such kindness and also great humour helping us with the language. He truly touched us with his welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. We were so sad and emotional to leave.
