In general everyone was very helpful and the staff really pleasant and kind. They organised a minivan to Krabi airport and also did laundry for me (for a fee). They were always polite and interested in what I was doing and where I was going. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. There was some confusion with the room cleaning but overall this didn't detract from a pleasant stay. Location is good for beaches and restaurants.

I was a bit confused by the room service. I didnt have a sign to say I wanted my room cleaned and then when I did manage to get one it still didn't get cleaned until I asked again. Even if I dont want fresh towels etc I would have expected bins to be emptied etc given the way the toilets work in Thailand. It was the only place that didn't do this automatically which I found strange. The breakfast was limited as you had to choose a set menu, but it was OK.

Comfortable stay in good location :) staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was super clean. Fresh coffee and water were provided everyday. The bed was comfy and shower had a good water pressure (much appreciated after staying in Asia for a while). AC was clean and worked well. The location is good, beach to spend the evenings nearby, long beach a short drive with the scooter! For the people complaining about small gaps and animals: you’re in Thailand, so adjust yourself and your expectations. We didn’t have any animals in our room, but if so it wouldn’t have anything to do with cleaning.

It’s a bit dark inside, so you always have to turn on the light. The mattress is on a elevation, so for one side hard to get out of the bed. For older people a bit challenge.

Room was great and private. Little hammoc and "kitchenette" (microwave) in the back. Gardenview for us made it very cosy. Personnel very friendly!! Free water and Coffee everyday and a general water refill for your reusable bottles!

The pool only had 2 lying chairs which made it difficult to actually get to use the pool. Restaurant was not open for Dinnerservice. Stop service at 4pm and 12pm on saturdays. Not a biiig problem though if you dont mind eating around the area. Internet was pretty bad at all times unfortunately, working was not possible for us here (videocalls). Location is okay, there is food around and a 2 seven elevens within 10-20 mins walking distance, but all beaches around not the nicest. Long Beach was the only nicer one which had sealice. Scooter recommended to check out nicer beaches from here.

Great value for money. Spacious rooms - with fridge & kettle etc. Very clean. Well tended gardens. Lovely swimming pool. Didn’t eat in restaurant (open until 4pm, 12pm Saturday) but shakes were very good. Alcohol free hotel. Lovely smiley staff. Booked the 4 island day tour through hotel & it was excellent. Lovely beaches with bars & restaurants 10 minute walk away. 20 min drive & on main road from Saladan pier. Plenty of restaurants close by. We liked Phra Ae seafood in particular. Lovely cafe with good coffee 3min walk away. Mopeds & taxi hire available direct from hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. A lovely place to stay- tranquil, nice pool area, good restaurant and free tea and coffee. They also left water and coffee outside the door every morning which was a lovely touch. Clean and spacious room with a comfy bed. Fantastic value for money

Lovely villa. Quiet and well-kept, with minimal wear. The aircon worked well and kept the room at a perfect temperature. Wifi was super fast but a little unstable sometimes (but that's to be expected). The staff were lovely and started to recognise me daily for breakfast and what I'd always order (omelette, 45 baht (£1.10 ish)). Tea and coffee were free and always available. The staff put up new hammocks for all the villas during my stay! The pool was clean and perfect. Plenty of nature around. For the location, ideal if you have a scooter. A few things nearby, such as restaurants, with "Beautiful Beach" in walking distance - this is probably one of the most spectacular beaches in the area. Otherwise, the main areas are a little further away (still walkable, but by the road).

The aircon seemed to leak a little and could do with the wall it was mounted on being fully cleaned/repainted. Otherwise, everything was ideal.

The Pros of the Resort: The Staff - especially Amaal who who was very helpful and worked with us in extending our stay to another 2 months. The cleaning and restaurant staff were wonderful too. The Amenities: The resort has everything that you need - a nice pool, well kept ground you can walk around, nice garden where they grow herbs and fruit. Lovely to see the mangoes, the bitter goard, courgettes, passion fruit and various thai herbs growing. Some rooms have hammocks or swings, an outside seating area where you can relax. The resort also has its own small onsite restaurant with a small menu with limited vegan/vegetarian options. The resort also has an onsite travel agent/tourist office offering scooter rentals, excursions, to other islands/tourist destinations, shuttle service/tax and tuk tuk. It also has a small library of books that other guests have left. Our room had a kitchenette with a kettle, a toaster, microwave, good size fridge and a sink. Tea/Coffee and 2 bottles of water were provided each day. Our room was a spacious for 2 people - clean, open and airy. A nice comfy bed, flat screen TV, a safe, a good fan, powerful air con were also provided in the room. The bathroom had shampoos and soap replenished daily. Location: In the middle of the West Koh Lanta on the mountain side. 5-10 min walk to the Beautiful Beach, Relax Bay and some restaurants and cafes, although Long Beach is a good 20 min walk north and Klong Nin a good 20 min scooter ride away. Koh Lanta Old Town and Sala Dan are also approx 20-30 min scooter ride away. Klong Kong beach is nearby/walkable but I did not rate it. CONS: Cleaning could be better: the microwave was not cleaned inside after the last guest. The outside steps leading to the room and the terrace were not swept when we rebooked for a longer stay, which meant the dirt/sand etc came into the room even though you took your shoes off.

The price. Its a little more than other places nearby.

Very warm welcome. Lovely garden and nice pool. Very helpful renting us a moped. Bed very comfortable and a nice clean room. Cleaning service is good. Close to some very good restaurants (Yawee). Stayed an extra 2 nights because we really liked the hotel and Koh Lanta as a whole.

Definitely need a moped for the location as not right next to the beach but this suited us well as we hired one for the full trip.

We had a great stay at the resort. It is very calm around which I loved. The swimming pool is nice and the little restaurant is perfect for getting breakfast and lunch. The staff is also very helpful. Fatima from the reception helped us a lot with renting scooters and arranging taxis. It is also walking distance from a few beaches.

Everything is exceptional. The gardens and grounds are beautiful and the pool is very clean and in lovely surroundings. Our little house was spotlessly clean with a huge bed and great bathroom, toaster, kettle and fridge.We enjoyed sitting on the terrace or in the hammock and we enjoyed having a temporary pet cat. We were provided with lots of useful extras eg bottles of water, coffee, shampoo, soap, tissues. We were welcomed on arrival at the restaurant with fresh fruit and water. All the staff are pleasant. We booked a trip and some ferries at reception and they were very efficient and friendly. The location is very good for three beaches in walking distance. They were all clean and beautiful to swim in. We loved it so much, we stayed an extra day, wish it could have been longer.

Everything was fantastic but if I had had a small amount of washing up liquid and a dishcloth I could have washed the pots better than with just water.
