We picked this specific hotel to stay near Lamai beach for a couple of weeks and we loved everything about this place. • The villa is spacious and very comfortable, with facilities in perfect condition; it felt new. We really enjoyed the comfort the villa provided. • The staff is super friendly. They helped us rent the exact bike we wanted, and the renting process was the easiest we ever had—no paperwork (since they had our details already), no deposit, and no upfront payments. We just picked the one we wanted, and it "spawned" in front of the hotel in about 20 minutes. We paid the entire two-week rent at the end of our stay. Arranging a transfer to the airport was also super easy. The only issue we had was the shower drain clogging and it was resolved in minutes. • Breakfast is good, but don't expect too much—just good enough to start the day. • The hotel pool is nice, but the water gets hot by the end of a sunny day. It was vacant most of the time, so we enjoyed it almost every evening. • There are a ton of places to eat around the area, and 7-Eleven is just around the corner, which was super handy. • An open-air gym is just a 5-minute walk away. • The beach is not far from the hotel and can be reached on foot, but I'd highly suggest renting a bike and exploring the coastline and other beaches along it. We loved our stay at CHUZ Villas; everything was perfect except for breakfast, which was good but lacked variety. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay around the Lamai Beach area.

Breakfast could have used more options. Over the course of two weeks, we started to feel that breakfast was getting old and lacking variety. It's not a big deal, but it could be improved.

The staff, especially Kay, were friendly, helpful, and amazing. Kay was so sweet to us, especially to my daughter, and made her feel special every day. The villas were quiet, very comfortable and felt like home away from home. The pool was perfect. 7-11, restaurants, laundry, and massages were a very short walk away.

Nothing negative to report regarding the property. Beach access is only about 5 min walk, however It was about a 15 walk down to center of Lamai beach where beach chair rentals and better swimming areas could be found. Although no issue for my partner and I, it was a bit too long for my 5 year old to walk frequently as she is not used to the heat. A taxi via grab was approx 7-8$ USD which was a bit steep. Regardless, would stay here again and again.

Breakfast was great with x3 options. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The x8 boutique villas are very spacious, clean, well built and maintained. A very relaxing place with nice landscaping and pool. Located about 4 min. drive to Lamai central, 2 min. drive to Crystal Bay and 15 min. to Chaweng. Suggest hiring a bike or car. The staff arranged bikes for us.

The two 2 bed room villas with pool are very nice but have many steep steps with no hand rail. This maybe a challenge to some. The other villas are on the flat.

This villa is even more beautiful in real life than the photos! Spotlessly clean with gorgeous high ceilings and beautiful pool which is big enough for some swimming and didn’t feel crowded with 4 of us in it. Plenty of outside seats in sun or shade. The rooms were made up immaculate every day and lots of water provided and a big fridge freezer. Great for both Lamai and Crystal Bay beaches as well as 7-Eleven and restaurants, elephant sanctuary. Lovely small group of villas with well maintained gardens full of butterflies.

The road to the side of one of the villas can be a little noisy but it didn’t upset us at all and the view was breathtaking from the pool.

Our stay was amazing! The villa is modern, comfortable and spotless, we felt at home. The manager is on top of everything and she always greeted us with a beautiful smile for breakfast (3 set menus, with lots of choice, fresh and delicious, much better than a buffet style and no food waste). Housekeeping is doing a great job. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles. Is there a way to change from plastic bottles to glass or a refill system?

Great location, just across road from quiet end of Lamai beach. Really friendly staff and Viktoria took great care of us throughout stay and even arranged motorbikes and transport for us. Felt safe at all times especially with lovely security guard at night. Had cafe right outside of the villas which could provide breakfast and all sorts of food /drinks. We really loved our stay and private pool and room was always kept clean by the attentive and amazing cleaners. Upon arrival we were given complimentary drinks and fruit. Would really recommend to ANYONE staying in Lamai.

Maybe could have changed sheets more often but that is just a nit-pick and I'm sure if we vocalised this it would have been attended to as the staff were lovely. We really didn't see it as a big issue and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day! :)

Villas and the pool was fantastic. Breakfast is great and services was excellent. Comfortable and feel satisfied

Location is 7 kms. away from Chawang beach or other beach area. Day time we can easily get local taxi, transport for less than a dollar. After sunset, transportation will be lots more. Anyway, it was the right choice for us. Quite and comfortable with the pool. Not a big deal for party so yes......we enjoyed our stays.

Very spacious villa. Choice of breakfast was excellent and staff were exceptional. 7Eleven is just down the road and close to many restaurants/bars.

Very little privacy in the villa when people were using the pool and neighbouring property can see in as well. We were in villa 100 but if you had one on the opposite side to us, you wouldn't have the neighbours looking into your villa. Blockout curtains provided privacy however made rooms very dark. Minor issue because overall we loved the property.

I don’t know how this place only has 3 stars! We stayed at Chuz Villas right after staying in a 5 star resort in Phuket and honestly this was just as nice. Our villa was super clean, beautiful and peaceful. We got 4 complimentary bottles of water delivered to our room every single day which was great. The staff were absolutely lovely and there were lots of really tasty breakfast options to choose from. The location is good - 7 eleven is right around the corner and there are some really nice restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend staying at Chuz Villas!

These villas are lovely and spacious. I had a private pool villa. Note that these villas are not 'walled in' except by plants, so unlike many villas, complete privacy when outside the villa doesn't exist. Breakfast was great and big! Cleanliness was excellent and this was the best bed (and pillows) I slept in in Thailand! Grounds are lovely and there is a 7-11 on the corner.

The location is about 15 mins walk to the restaurant area by the beach - which may be a bug bear for some people. Not much choice on TV except for Youtube.
