Staff behavior,They charge me for bed sheet and Umbrella,Umbrella was broken before I check in and my son drop coffee on bed sheet thats why they charge me 1200 Baht,but unfortunately I pay 800 baht,This was not right I think,because I giving room rent any thing can be happen like if room Air conditions stop so that I have to pay thats not right,My son drops coffee they have to understand its a child.I didn't expect from a hotel.My recommendations is there was more hotels i also stay other hotel also they are not like that.

Exceptionally friendly and professional reception staff, great modern and spacious room

The music was slightly too loud at the pool area for us to feel relaxed. We would have extended our stay if there was no loud music all day, because we really liked the place itself.

It’s very nicely set out with a big pool on the beach front. Lots of place to sit and enjoy the nice restaurant and pool. The location is on the Main Street in Chaweng, lots of bars restaurant and shops in walking distance

We stayed on Saturday night so you can hear music from clubs & bars till early morning

The rooms are spacious and clean, air con was great! Close to the main strip of Chaweng. The free transport to the airport was great!

When arriving we were not made aware of the 1000 baht deposit that would have to be given in cash. This was annoying as we had to go and take cash out as we did not have any! When going for breakfast at 9am, all of the sun beds had towels on, with no one on them. We went to a different hotel in the day and used their facilities as there was no where to sit near the pool at this hotel. There is little to no beach at the hotel as the sea comes up to the edge of the hotel restaurant.

the walls between rooms not very soundproof- had neighbours talking loudly and slamming doors late into the night. advertises free airport transfer but turns out it is only between 8 - 5 pm.

The room was very basic but has everything needed, including a mini fridge and balcony to dry clothes on and sit out on. The breakfast was unbelievable!! Amazing spread filled with fruits, sausages, fresh omelettes, thai food, toast, bacon, pancakes, and many more (the main dishes changed every day). The pool was nice, with friendly staff who were always willing to take your order at the side of the pool and bring it to you without you needing to move. On the street outside of the hotel is a 7/11 and plenty of restaurants/bars all down the road, and the shopping centre is a little walk down to the left of the hotel - despite being on a busy street, I could not hear any noise, only ever from drunk people coming back to their room at late hours.

Unfortunately we did not go on the beach as there were signs showing sea urchins were present (to which we also saw in the water) and so I recommend to bring good quality water shoes. We also came in April and experienced quite a low tide, but this did not affect our opinion of the hotel but just worth noting with regards to the location (beach wise).

Staff was nice and helpful and reactive. Breakfast was great and the view was great. Rooms are fresh looking compared to most Thai hotels. Very central location without noise from the street. Great wet floor bathroom with a shower guard to avoid splashing the rest of the bathroom when showering.

Some loud occupants due to the resort being partially oriented at party people. The swimming pool is is okay and literally five meters from the beach but the beach is absolutely unusable due to pollution. Need to walk towards the main chaweng beach for 7 to 10 mine to have something acceptable and clean. Our aircon unit stinked and was either too cold or too warm. We couldn't set it to a pleasant setting. High humidity in our ground floor room, the condensation would soak the floor in no time without the aircon so we had to run it all the time.

The pool area is incredible with plenty of loungers and views for days! The breakfast was yummy and although we didn’t try their other food it was decently priced. The room itself was beautiful and the staff do a fabulous job at making the room up. The location was really close to lots of resturants and bars and if you want beach clubs etc they are only a 10-15 minute walk down the beach. The property is not super busy (as in music lights etc turned off at 8pm) however this could be due to us going in shoulder season.

The pool area could do with some additional shade. It was hard to stay cool.

Fantastic location, steps away from beach, bars/restaurants/shopping. Nice pool. Bed is comfy and not hard. Average breakfast buffet. Egg station, mix of Asian and continental foods.Many services available at hotel reception such as laundry, taxi, tours etc. Morning birds sounds are pretty magical :D

Walls are very thin and all sorts of things can be heard. No views. No elevator but they do have ground floor rooms.The hotel beach restaurant closed at 8p on Weekdays. Worst thing about this location is the airplanes going by all day/night. VERY LOUD! If you're outdoors it's not so bad but they fly right above the resort and start at around 630am and go to about 9pm. They run around every hour or so. Any place within this location will be the same.

Absolutely top spot ,couldn't have asked for a better location Complete value for the money , 7/11 across the road with resturants, bars and shops all around ,so much variety of food along this main part of the island, swimming pool over looking the beach was lovely with plenty of sunbeds ,,the service from the staff was top class ,breakfast was served right by the pool area and the beach which was excellent ,the rooms very clean and tidy probably one of the newer resorts in Chaweng , Resturants on the beach just a few minutes walk, the list goes on ,we were so happy with the Combo beach hotel we booked for 3 nights and stayed for 7

Can't fault the Combo beach hotel for anything really
