The accommodation offered 1 unit with 2 bedrooms, which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The staff were friendly and we loved that the beach was right at the property. Food was fine and so was wifi. The pool was ok as well. In general, the property was fine but it could be updated.

The beach was filled with rubbish and they need to regularly clean it, not just in the morning. The pool needed more sun chairs and they need to ensure that guests aren't 'saving' sun chairs, especially when there were only a limited amount of them. Curtains could have been darker in the rooms as well.

Room and bathrooms were simple but spotless. The beach was gorgeous and not too crowded. Lovely perk of a paddle board that guests could borrow. Laundry service was quick and very affordable. Staff was helpful and responsive. Great value for this section of Samui.

On occasion there was not enough food at breakfast for the amount of guests. However if you asked food was cooked fresh. Some if the bedding although clean had seen better days and had a few holes and that needs to be addressed. Which is why I've rated 9 out of 10. Guests should also be made aware that any breakages plates cups etc you will be charged. Having said this the accommodation and setting is fantastic.

The pool view rooms after a change from beach front (avoid) was large, clean and had great facilities.

Beachfront room, dilapidated and old

Excellent size swimming pool for exercise etc. All the staff were brilliant, keeping the pool, gardens and our villa very clean. Any problems were sorted straight away, and nothing was too much trouble. Our villa was exceptional for 3 people, very spacious, with a large bathroom and kitchen/lounge area.

Some minor things needed attention such as the massage area near the beach where the roof leaked. There was very little variety in the breakfast, so better bread, different cereals and jam would help. And maybe update to a coffee machine. The sunbeds and stools outside our villa were in need of repair also.

The place, location, staff, very accommodating!

It's a great place in a great location, and staff are amazing! They do everything to help. The food menu has great variety, though the options are more limited if you don't eat meat and dairy, like me. The staff very kindly tried to accommodate my needs, though, for which I am very grateful. The bathroom in the beach bungalow could be renovated and the room windows could be made to lock properly.

The best thing about my stay was the room. The room is huge with a couch, bathroom is also huge with a separate shower and bath tub. It's very clean, spotless. Hotel is located in very nice and calm Choengmon Beach. It is great to take walks along the sand beach any time. The dogs in the hotel nextdoor are very sweet. On Monday evening there was a very small street food market nearby. Staff is very helpful and lovely. The lady in reception guided me a lot about the tours in Island. The pool is clean & warm.

Restaurant area of the hotel does not look so cozy - I haven't tried the food. Not many sun beds at the beach. Other hotels in the area have live music, fire shows etc. Choengmon is not too far but not to close to the lively areas in the Island ( Chaweng, Fisherman's Village etc.) - if you do not ride a motorbike, they are not walking distance. Need to go by tuktuk vans or taxi - but they are quite expensive.

Great location. Quiet. Big room in B block. Staff very helpful and attentive. Food was great, ate there most of the time. Good selection for breakfast. Amazing mango shakes. A proper hairdryer was a bonus. Big thanks to massage ladies. You were fabulous. Hotel Taxi to airport 350 baht, 15 mins.

Nothing to dislike although the cocktails were a little unusual. We stuck to shakes and Singha beer.

Really comfy accommodation. Had everything (just missing a kettle for me, but I'm a Brit, I love my tea), excellent air con which was a must with 33c heat and humidity. Kids loved having the choice of pool and the sea on the doorstep. 7/11 up the road for any essentials. Good choice at breakfast, loved the yoghurt and fruits. The coffee wasn't the best.

Just lack of a kettle, but that just my personal choice. Loved everything else.
