Everything was beyond my expectations. All staff were very friendly and in particular the restaurant girls. The beach was always clean and very peaceful Didn't use the pool much as i had the seaview room :)

Furniture needs to be renovated in room 204, fridge in particular .Smell coming from the vanity in the toilet. Still had the best time as i didn't need to use the fridge much and i used beautiful thai candles to get rid of the smell.

We would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel! The whole staff is very friendly, welcoming and happy to help at anytime, no matter if at day or night. The pool area and the bungalows are very clean and modern, the area at the beach beautiful as well. Breakfast was easy, but really good. The food we ordered from the restaurant to our room at the first night was also very tasty. You can always easily get some help planning trips and tours or getting restaurant or other kinds of recommendations from the boss Yut, who is such a kind and nice guy :) Close to the hotel, there are a few places where you can rent scooters; at least 2 or 3 Muay Thai Gyms and plenty of excellent restaurants close to beautiful and calm Lamai Beach. We will definitely come here again next time we're there!

We stayed from the 5th to 9th Jan so just came back. Amazing property we had the sea view rooms with jacuzzi on the balcony. All I can say is breathtaking 🥰. There is nothing the staff wouldn’t do for you, they work so hard and are so kind making you feel very welcome . I will definitely come back to this hotel again

It’s a very small minor downside that the main Lamai beach is not walking distance away, but that could’ve been lack of my research as it was in fact a 10 min drive away. We grabbed a tuk tuk from outside our hotel which was so cheap.

As with everywhere we've stayed in Thailand the staff were great and make up for other things being not quite as good. They pushed the score to an 8 when it could have been lower. They were super friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. The unsung heros of many hotels. The pool was good with a bar (happy hour 4-6). Breakfast was ok if unspectacular. Our room had a great view of the sea. Some really good street food restaurants within walking distance..

The place was in need of a little care. A bit tired in places. The jacuzzi bath on the balcony only partly worked and even the bit that did threw out a lot of dirt when turned on. I don't think it had been used in a while, certainly hadn't been checked/cleaned. The beds were also just a bit too hard for us.

Okay location..spacious suite.. staffs friendly.. restaurant is okay

Beach not good to swim..only good to look at...breakfast poor... same everyday and no variety...booked the spa suite but the spa has no hot water...cold and at most warm and was leaking... a week in this hotel is boring..no kids activity..no night activity... i suggest some activities at least once a week... it is okay if you only want to go to there as a central point and just want to relax... but we had an okay stay in general.

The resort is at an amazing location and it's perfect for families. It's quite and has it's own small beach. Our room had a private pool, but there is also a bigger pool with bar. Our children (8 yrs and 2yrs) had great fun at the beach and pools all day. The staff is very polite and helpful and they helped us with our additional requests as we were traveling with a toddler. It is also not very far from Lamai beach and hotel can provide shuttle to take you there in case you want to check out the market or clubs. The food is also great! .

I felt the breakfast spread was a bit limited especially for vegetarians. For other meals you can always order food from Lamai but breakfast it becomes a challenge. But this is an issue more to do with vegetarians in general so not a major problem.

The rooms were comfortable, and they upgraded us. Breakfast starts at 8am but is actually ready from 7.45am onwards. Coffee was good ! They also offer breakfast box if you need to head out earlier. Staff at the restaurant were friendly. We loved the pool , we had lots of space to play beach ball with our kids. Private beach but it's not for swimming, only good for checking out critters at low tide if you're interested (bring beach shoes for this). Beach bags are provided. Also loved the location, it's on the quieter side of the town but within walking distance to other restaurants, Lamai View Point , and don't forget to check out Yim Siam massage just across the road (3min walk) for the best massages and at a cheaper rate . The hotel engages masseurs from here but marks up the price by 3x . Hotel provides a kayak for free too.

Ate dinner at Quote restaurant, food was not great and prices were high. Food took a long time despite us being the only customers at 8.30pm.

Great location right on the beautiful beach great place to kick back and relax. Staff were friendly and very helpful and we felt we were well looked after. It was a laid back resort and not busy, other families and groups were staying there but there was plenty of space for all. Breakfast until 12 every day was a big plus with a great selection of food. Plenty of options for meals, at the restaurant, by the beach or even the pool and could have room service too for no extra charge. Was a little out of the way so if you like a quiet area then it's great, can walk into Lamai or take a taxi for 250-300 Baht.

More expensive than other places we stayed in Thailand.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful, our room was large and comfortable, the view amazing.

The fittings were not as good as we expected from photos, the room requested was not available so put next door which was not as open to view. The fridge had collapsed at back and bottles kept falling out and smashing, so no great having to clear glass up. We felt photos did not truly reflect fittings which was disappointing but did not spoil our stay. Staff made up for that.

The room- we even got an upgrade during our stay to an apartment - was really nice, with excellent view of the ocean, very peaceful. Breakfast offered a lot of choices, also an option to order special food. The entire facility looks very nice- nicely planned with lots of green and flowers. The pool is nice, a bit too warm, but I guess people like it that way. We really enjoyed "happy hour" by the pool every afternoon.

The restaurant on the premises is really good, but nearly always empty- partly probably because it is slow and a bit on a high side as far as prices go. A bit more effort should be invested by the management in its promotion- special evenings maybe. The beach looks really nice, but the sea is a big disappointment, since it is full of weeds and algea- not that this has to do with the hotel, but swimming is not really an option. A full week was too much- three to four days are max.
