Great beach location, lovely rooms

Strange experience after room cleaned where most of my toiletries got removed (shampoo bar, bamboo toothbrushes, bamboo straws, containers, moisturiser...). I asked for them back and the reception lady/front desk asked the cleaner who brought them back - yet I still had to ask a second time when she only brought half back initially. Such a shame which put a dampener on the stay as well we lack of trust for safety. My parents stayed in a different room and my mum still can't find the reading glasses she last had when in her room

Booked here for one night to be close to the airport (so we didn't have to worry about traffic), after having already spent two weeks exploring Thailand. Other than proximity to the airport, it has direct access to the beach and is close to restaurants. It had everything we needed for our one night stay.

While our room was clean, the bathroom is a little dated and the shower didn't drain very well; however, we didn’t view this as being a big deal, as again, we were only there for one evening. Also, there are no elevators/lifts, so we had to lug our bags up the stairs to our room on the second floor.

Absolute beachfront, (recommend the 1 beachfront room) swim daily, great beach a few steps from your room, restaurant downstairs on the beach (fragrance drifts to the room), super clean, good bed, shower, aircon and good facilities. (No pool) Fabulous staff, manager was wonderful and couldn't do enough to help us. Convenience store opposite and multiple restaurants and massage places steps away. Great local street food stalls all around.

Service by Leena and her staff cannot be faulted. They let me into my room after a serious flight arrival delay having me at the hotel 0130 hours. I called Leena and she arranged for me to be taken to my room immediately. Always welcoming with bottled water each day. Lovely little place right on the beach.

The bed had a very firm mattress but I have found this is the same wherever you go in Thailand and their were only two pillows to choose from one high and very hard the other medium and plyable so could make do with that.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Opens to a great stretch of beach. Several very good eating options immediately behind the lodging, along the beach. Rooms are a bit dated, but still very comfortable and clean. Great value. So much better than the setting at Kata Beach (much less crowded, much less noise, better beach access). Very convenient to airport.

No pool, but given location right on the beach, it was not missed.

Good value for money. 30 seconds from the beach (which was a nice beach) and on the same street as all the beachside restaurants. Very clean facilities with hot showers. There is a light and fan in each tent, and surprisingly mosquitos were not a problem. Communal seating area where you can meet fellow travellers. 10 minute drive from Phuket airport.

Not a quiet stay! Similar to being in a hostel.

We liked how convenient it was in terms of location and a nights rest, we were heading to the airport in the early hours of the morning and it was literally like a 5 minute drive away which the hotel sorted for us! Very friendly and helpful people.

Because we were in one of the tent rooms, people were being loud sat on the balcony into early hours which was frustrating, but not the owners fault.

The bed was the most comfy we have had in Thailand and the pillows were great too! Location was perfect just a few steps to beach or opposite direction a few steps to restaurants and bars. Room was very clean.

Only issue was noise from other guests at night. People seem to forget they are not the only ones staying/trying to sleep!

I was very impressed with the personality and friendly people from the manage team in particilar Janthip the manager. I love having a dinner close to beach amaizing time. The restaurant staff always been friendly and helpful

Some nights I couldn't sleep because I could hear my neighbors

staff was really kind and helpfull, location is very good, right on the beachfront. The room is decent, not too small not big. The shower is a little bit simple but ok for one night.

there was a centipede running through our room when we got back from the beach, it can happen in Thailand but as the room is closed and has no visible openings, we wonder where it came from..
