Spacious rooms with separate bedroom and living room with a small kitchenette. There is a small sink, refrigerator, kettle and microwave. We always have a comfortable stay here, especially when we visit the forest temple Wat Wang Phoem Phra Pavana that is only 5 mins away by car. Breakfast is great too with fresh coconut juice every morning.

There is limited parking by the buildings, however the have more spaces in front of the hotel with golf carts to pick up and drop you off.

Great spacious room, outdoor pool and nice stay to enjoy Khao Yai park. Peaceful place! Helpful staff. restaurant is great, breakfast as well as lunch / dinner we enjoyed a lot.

Sewage smell in our room, they could not fix it but only give an air freshener. We had this for multiple days. It must be known to the staff for a longer time. Also you have to search towels for the swimming pool yourself. Reception merely speaks English but google translate helps.

Beautiful property with gorgeous scenery all around. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. There were more staff on this visit and all of them were highly efficient, communicative and service-minded. Glad to see the resort picking up its liveliness again since the pandemic.

Rooms may be slightly dated and all the pipes and bathroom fittings could be improved.

The staff were very polite and the rooms were big and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, rice, egg station, coffee, cereals and yoghurt etc. Second time staying here. Beautiful grounds. Near to winery if driving. Absolutely loved it! WiFi was good. Could stream Netflix to the tv easily.

Location and quiet

We have stated at this resort several times before and always had a great view from the balcony but this time we were given a room that overlooked the road ! Not happy , after several negotiations we eventually got a reasonable view from another room

The resort itself is very photogenic. The lake, pools, restaurant, playgrounds, they all look great. The vibe feels like 90s Thailand, but it has all the modern amenities added. Wifi was strong, towels were fresh, bed was massive, shower got hot and aircon got cold. One thing I really liked were all the 3-prong electrical outlets near the bed and couch. Those are often missing at resorts that feel like they have a history. Best part was the view. You could watch the sunrise over the valley every morning from your balcony. Gorgeous. Also lots of parking. Staff spoke English. Restaurant made good food. The fitness center was open. They cleaned the room well every day.

The TV was old and only got 10 basic channels. But I guess that just encourages you to read and relax more in the mountains.

Friendly staff , very good service , every time we require something and call for the staff's assistance / help, they are very handy and fast response.

Just the room is abit old but aside from that, all good, room is spacious and clean, breakfast is nice.

The water system in the bathroom is pretty weak.

Resort was quiet, staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast had a good spread of delicious food.

The location was rather out of the way. It was good that we had a driver who fetched us to various attractions but it took a long time to get to them and to return to the resort through dark unlit roads.

Spacious rooms with good sized balcony, Smart TV, WIFI worked well. Breakfast buffet was decent but could've been better. Nice mountain views.

The Jacuzzi by the pool wasn't working.
