We absolutely loved this hotel in fact enjoyed our stay so much we extended it from two nights to five. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We thought the staff were amazing, very helpful at all times and always had a smile ready for you. The breakfasts were out of this world - we really looked forward to this every morning. We enjoyed the location - just five minutes if that walk from the centre of Pai - it was nice to be just a couple minutes out of town - we loved walking over the bamboo bridge! Pai was beautiful, relaxed, colourful, friendly & cheap. Lots of Bars, music & food amazing - recommend The Lemon Thyme Cafe. We will definitely go back. We enjoyed a full day 15km Jungle guided trek. This was unforgettable - the walk itself was beautiful, the guide was really funny & friendly and talked a lot about the area making the trip interesting. It was a full day with lunch and we walked with a lovely bunch of people from various parts of the world who were all a pleasure to meet. We also enjoyed swimming in the hot springs early one morning, the waterfalls & temples and visited the natural geysers on our way back to Chiang Mai.

We were here for only one night because Pai didn't appeal to us with its atmosphere, but the complete opposite applies to this accommodation. Honestly, everything was perfect. Extremely kind hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were so gracious. Beautiful room, pool, and so far, the best breakfast we've had in Thailand (we've been here for a month). Everyone can find something from the wide breakfast selection, and you can order everything if you wish. We had two breakfasts, but I completely understand the royal court from the Middle Ages, who, having stuffed themselves with feathers, caused a choking reflex to continue the feast. Here, it's worth considering! :D :)))

This resort was perfect in every way. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable with great AC and bathroom.shower. The pool was very nice and clean. The staff was beyond amazing and helpful with everything. The breakfasts were delicious and there were many options. Walking to town is only 5 minutes away over the bridge, so this is the perfect quiet relaxing location while being so close to town. You will be close to the street food and there's a cool jazz club that had great music and it was just after going over the bridge. I highly recommend this resort. If we are back in the area I would certainly stay there again. Thank you for the great stay!

The resort is exceptionally maintained with a garden-like atmosphere, although the dirt road leading to the resort initially lowered my expectations. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable without being too hard or too soft. The staff, from grounds maintenance to manager, were outstanding and friendly. The breakfast options were realistic, and the food was very good. The resort is 5-minute walk across a bamboo-covered footbridge from the bustling and noisy walking street, yet no noise reached my room.

I had to think about this for a couple minutes to find something for this comment: (1) the bathroom could use a second towel hanger or hook, (2) the bathroom door was heavy and stiff to open, and (3) mosquitos are prolific outside the room.

everything was absolutely perfect, I can not tell you enough this place is amazing, the location 10/10 , the breakfast is 10/10 ( and when I say 10 I mean it’s the best breakfast i possibly ever had ) the staff are just the best , so kind and helpful, drinks , food what ever you need they will assist you in anyway. ( even brought cups of tea to our room in the evening ) everything is just lovely , I have stayed in a few places in pai and around south east Asia and this has to be one of the best places I have stayed. 6 nights here and I wish I stayed longer thank you too all staff you made my stay even better thank you. 10/10 100% worth staying as long as you can

My family and I recently had the most incredible stay at the Family House and we cannot stop raving about our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the remarkable hosts, Nong and Geap. Their friendliness and helpfulness made us feel right at home and set the tone for a truly memorable vacation. The rooms were spotlessly clean. It provided us with the perfect sanctuary to relax after a fun-filled day. Moreover, the pool was an absolute delight for our family. The inviting surroundings provided a refreshing haven, and we created lasting memories splashing around and enjoying quality time together. The breakfast at was an absolute delight. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every family member's preferences were taken into account. We were pleasantly surprised when they even went out of their way to source our boy's favorite fruits from the market. It's this level of attentiveness that truly made us feel cared for. Overall, our stay surpassed all expectations, and we cannot wait to return. The exceptional service provided by Nong and Geap, created an inviting and warm atmosphere throughout our stay, and the fact that our kids didn't want to leave speaks volumes about the exceptional experience we all had.

Awesome place to stay. About a 7-10m walk away from the main town street - a beautiful walk across a small bamboo bridge over the water. The property itself is peaceful and tranquil with a nice room and bathroom and all required facilities. Nice staff, especially the owners, who are very kind, hospitable, and passionate Liverpool FC fans. Plenty of options for breakfast, freshly made, nice pool - cannot complain, a lovely stay in a tranquil mountain town.

Hotel is in a quiet rural location still only 200m walk from the center. (through a pedestrian bridge.) Room is big enough, bed is comfortable, and the owners are very kind.; we left one day very early before breakfast and they prepared a meal for us to take away. The breakfast itself is a la carte, tasty and nicely presented food and you can order as much/ many you wish.

The bathroom is a bit small relative to the room, and the hot water is provided by a heater only for the shower, not for the sink. No big issues just to be aware. I found also the room being a bit dark - a few more or stronger lamps/ bulbs could help.

We recently stayed at Pai Family Zen Boutique and had an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding, making us feel welcomed and special. The ambiance of the place is serene and inviting, truly living up to its ‘Zen’ theme. Every aspect of our stay was carefully catered to, ensuring a comfortable and memorable visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service!

Great family, the hosting was exceptional. Very clean resort and room. The room itself had a nice balcony, very stable wifi connection, and the shower was great.

Location wise, it's suppose to be really close to the waking street, airline is about 300-400 meters, however, the connected bridge was destroyed, it's not the fault of the resort of course, but it doesn't give flexibility when you want to go in and out from the resort. The team offered every hour a ride to and from the walking street which was helpful, but if you're without a bike / car, it's an issue. The bridge is supposed to be fixed in a few weeks.
