Great location, cool pool and relaxation area to chill during the day/night

Few little holes allowing bugs in around the window but nothing major comes with the territory of travelling asia!

Room: Beds were comfy Rooms were clean Extention cords provided as sockets were a bit far from beds A/C worked well Water pressure was good and Hot Private little porch with chairs Pool: Pool was clean, minimal sun loungers though Pogoda/Chill space: Lovely and quiet Great space to chill, study or work Lovely little fish pond surrounding space Location: Right by a Jazz bar and walking street (With is being so close to the Jazz bar, you can hear the music through the walls, but all music is stopped 11pm) (You CAN NOT hear any noise from walking street) This is not a party place and is better for those who are not on that vibe ;)

As said about the location, with the Jazz bar being so close, you get a little bit of noise through in the evening but all noise is stopped by 11pm

Great location just off the main walking street/night market. Close to many restaurants & cafes, 7 eleven etc. The villa was small but well laid out and there was enough storage space and all amenities (fridge, TV, kettle, safe, complimentary toiletries and hot drinks). The room was very clean. The balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the garden and fish pond.

We found the bed a little small and the pillows and duvet quite lumpy. There was also quite a lot of noise at night from the jazz club adjacent although our villa would have been more affected than those on the other side of the garden or towards the back of the property.

Aircon room with a fridge, TV, kettle and a pool. Pretty great value for money!! it is right by the walking street yet it is not noisy. Our room was spotless, they give a bottle of water each every day for your stay. Its the little things! Shower has warm water and they give towels for the pool. The pool is a bit small but it is cold which is amazing. Safe to say we were very happy with our stay, we are coming back again!

We went there for one night and we decided to extend the stay to spend all our days in Pai in Sylvana. The rooms are very clean, the staff is always ready to help, and the pool/garden is just a great bonus. The location is right in the center of Pai close to many cool bars/restaurants/street food, etc. but it's inside a small street which makes it really quite. The Jazz Cafe next to the Hotel has some cool musical events but it opens just for a few hours, so you should not worry about the noise. Overall, great value for the price!

Perfect accomodation with lovely suroudings and pool. The room was clean and facilities are in good conditions.

Jazz bar is located nearby and could be loudly for someone who gets a room next to bar. The bed size was smaller than we expected, but the atmosphere was briliant so it doesnt matter. Recommending this place.

Great location for exploring Pai itself or as a base to go out further with your bike. While we did not have much time people were enjoying the pool and the shared chilling area actively so you have options if just want to rest.

If you are a light sleeper the Pai Jazz Bar next door will definitely bother you at some point but we reccommend exhausting yourself anyway even if by visiting the great live music bar itself and later falling asleep like a baby.

Lovely rooms in the center of town, bars and places to eat right on your doorstep. Lovely little pergoda in the middle of the courtyard was nice to sit in and read. Rooms were spacious and clean!

Lots of loud noises throughout the night and early morning. Loud bangs on the rooftop (we thought it might be falling coconuts but there aren't many palm trees)

Brilliant location, just off walking street. The private deck, well maintained gardens and swimming pool are a relaxing place to chill after a day sightseeing. Very good WiFi. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

Our shower pressure was poor.

Is a perfect location to stay very near to the night walking street. Very Nice surrounding environment near to the Pai's river. The room is very comfortable and the receptionist staff is so friendly. We have booked for 2 twin rooms and 1 triple room.

Great Location and definitely will repeat staying here again for the next trip. TQ
