Location, quiet, food was great and the hostess was full of positive energy. Good value.

A small level of ant and mosquito traffic in the rooms, if that sort of thing troubles you it could be a bit off putting.

The owner is super friendly and greeted us by name every day. The location is perfect, very close to the walking street but lovely and peaceful being the other side of the river. The view overlooking the river while having breakfast is beautiful, as is the view of the garden from the little terrace in the bungalow. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We found quite a lot of marks where mosquitoes had been squatted on the walls and lots came from the bathroom. Understandable given the location and we used a plug in repellent which worked fine!

Everything about this place is perfect. Excellent cottages. Superb location, a 3 minute walk to walking street without the noise and disturbance, because it's across the river. The owner is incredibly sweet and generous and the best hostess ever. She received my family so warmly and treated us very very kindly. The rooms too are super comfortable with a nice study/work table, hammocks, a private patio and excellent hot showers. And fridge and kettle in all rooms. Excellent wifi everywhere. Beauriful surroundings and walks all around. Beautiful breakfast area with a view of the river. 100% I would stay here again. One of the best stays of my life.

Excellent location just over a small bamboo bridge to the walking street of Pai. Tem the owner and her husband are very friendly and breakfast is good. Lovely hammock on the balcony of each little villa. Private. Laundry just across the street. They’re willing to help set up taxi’s. I’d stay again.

No coffee/tea in the room. No shampoo and just a tiny bar of soap that’s pretty useless. Air conditioner drips on your head throughout the night.

Amazing location, right across the bamboo bridge, minutes from the walking street, restaurants and bars. I had a beautiful bungalow right on the river, with sounds of flowing water all night. They offer a basic breakfast included in the price. Strong WiFi everywhere and parking for cars and bikes.

The shower left a little room for desire. Either low pressure or water not heating all the way, not the best, but also not enough to reduce the overall rating.

Very friendly owners, communicative and helpful. Everyday new bottled wate, very tasty breakfast. Perfect location, only 2-4 minutes from walking street. Huge and comfortable bed. One day the we couldnt use bamboo bridge because of the high level of the water in the river, but owners arranged free taxi ride to Pai just for us. Totally recommended, thank you for lovely stay :)

Older bathroom, but it wasnt a big problem.

Lovely little bungalow in great location, just a few minutes walk to town over the bamboo bridge. Host was very friendly and helpful and arranged a safe/slow taxi driver to take us back to Chiang Mai which was a far better experience than on the way up when we had a crazy driver!!

Room felt a little cramped with the bed and furniture all around it. Also for me would prefer a comfy chair on the balcony rather than a hammock and hard bench.

Best thing are the super friendly helpful hosts and the great location with everything nearby and a lovely view of Pai river. And the private hammock on the balcony was a nice touch :) You also get breakfast! All in all good value and has everything for an enjoyable stay.

Lovely location close to the river and main walking streets. Amazingly fast and stable internet. Staff were absolutely lovely, with the owner very kind and friendly and able to help with whatever you need. Good breakfast included and the bungalow was a lovely place to relax and sleep.

A few ants in the room but they didn’t bother me.

Location: Quiet location. Less than 5 mins walk to Walking Street/Night Market. Close to all the sop and restaurants. Room: Room was clean and good. Nice hammock, good for afternoon nap. Breakfast: Breakfast with the river view every morning was delightful. Good breakfast, Love the Thai rice soup.
