- amazingly quiet, sometimes you can hear a vehicle from the street but overall pretty quiet - you are in the nature - super friendly and helpful staff - the owner is the most beautiful Thailand woman I have ever seen in the one month stay in Thailand - great location; it takes around 2-3 minutes with the scooter to get to the city center and around 6 minutes to the sunset spots (opposite direction to city) - the owner was so nice and drove us to a scooter renting shop who has reasonable price and is very friendly - the owner drove us with her car to the bus station

- we forgot to close the window in the night and almost frozen to death; ok it was not so cold but it was quite cold. The next nicht we closed the window and everything was good 👌(January) - they were very fully booked so that we couldn‘t book more days. They are too great. Actually that is not a negative point. It is more likely a positive point 😂

Very spacious room with kitchen space (fridge, cupboard and sink). We Had a House of our own with Veranda and Green sourroundings. Good that all Windows Had mosquito nets. Lovely to Hear the chickens and the cocks in the morning. Is is Just a 5 Minute Bike Ride into Town.

Unfortunately a big street is literary infront of the premisses so the Traffic especially the Motorbikes can bei Heard quite Well. Although there is a kitchen area in the House, there is No oven, Microwave or anything to Heat Up a meal. No cutlery, No plates. Just 2 Cups for instant Coffee and a kettle. We spent 4 nights there and there was No towel Change and the bins have Not been emptied.

The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, good water pressure and hot water availability, I did not use AC since room is quite cool, it was clean.

The only problem I see is that my room was over looking to the main road so views were not great and you could hear the traffic passing by. You will need a means of transportation. But the reality is that at this price it's difficult to find better.

Huge, comfortable and great value bungalows. Beautiful garden setting. Quiet area, great to sleep at night. Very kind staff. Helped me with my visa extension. (Ask for the better English speaking team members if needed).

You should have a scooter or car to get into center.

The room has lots of space and a small kitchen area as well. We liked how nice the staff were and thought it was a good value for the amount of space you get.

The property is about a five minute ride from the town of Pai so you just need to rent a moped or take taxis. Also, there were no kitchen supplies in the room and the burners were turned off.

Beautiful property with amazing rooms. Room was large, clean, had all necessities, and passed my expectations.

Too far to walk from main streets of Pai, but quickly accessible with a scooter/car.

Nice property, good value for money. Road is noisy and neighbouring venues are also loud at night but this is not an issue for me personally, however light sleepers may need ear plugs.

Bed was a bit hard and a lamp by the bed would be an improvement.
