Family room is spacious :) 2 bed rooms 1 bathroom with 2 sinks. I stay on the ground floor and thought it was lots of mosquitos and insects, but the staff told that the mosquito is come out only in the evening (17:00-19:00) and disappear afterward, which is true!

(1) Pool needs a clean-up. (2) Some equipments are broken, and it needs to be fixed-up too. (3) Breakfast is so-so. I recommend to eat out to taste the local dish instead. (4) Few staff available, but understood it is a low season.

- amazing value for money - pool - very clean bedroom -nice balcony - convenient location for walking but free shuttle bus offered into town (on demand) - shower and bathroom facilities

- strong smell of smoke in the room. At first I thought someone had been smoking and staff supported and came and sprayed air freshner, but actually I think they were burning leaves / waste behind my room because they had been sweeping leaves and were constantly working hard to clean and tidy the grounds. - not easy to get food, drinks or snacks outside of mealtimes in the resort -so had to go out. Again this was because they are getting ready for busier times so do not have the staff just yet.

1. Really nice & deep pool. 2. Not perfect, but quite a good breakfast buffet considering we paid 1400 per night. 3. Very good and helpful staff. 4. Excellent value for the price. 5. Central heating system with very strong water pressure, making the shower amazing. This is a rarity in Thailand.

Besides the free breakfast, the restaurant is terrible. The prices on the menu are high and misleading due to a hidden 17% fee. Given these prices, you would expect excellent food, but what we received was akin to premade microwave meals. The tom yum in particular tasted as though it was made from instant noodle powder, milk, and a heavy load of sugar. There was an occasional bad smell in the room due to faulty air conditioning and/or poor plumbing, but it appears they are addressing this issue by renovating most of the rooms, including updating the air conditioning to new Daikin models.

I had to change rooms which was because I made a booking for an extra night so nothing to complain there but airco was not fully working in 2nd room.

The best hotel in Pai! Not only is Pai incredible! i would say this is definitely one of the best hotels in the area! We managed to get a last minute deal which made it a little cheaper than usual! Worth every single penny! The rooms were SUPER clean. They really look after the grounds. There’s always someone tending to the garden or cleaning the facilities! Was really impressed with the level of cleanliness here! We moved to a different hotel (as they were fully booked) and we were gutted as this accommodation was much preferred! It’s also a fab location, really close to walking street! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Good for families, couples or friends.

Clean, comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Friendly lobby staff and check-in process. Decent location only a few minutes away by car from the town center. Decent value for the price.

Terrible wifi, even after multiple network reset requests. Kitchen staff member who did not make more potatoes for the buffet after being asked nicely and me waiting 45mins for her to make them. Breakfast was not good. Pool was not available for our entire stay. This was not known ahead of time.

Hotel was really clean and modern. The staff were friendly in particular the men that helped us with our bags and that drove the taxi were lovely! The hotel dropped us to our next location in Pai for free. The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was gorgeous.

We never got a new hand towel throughout our stay, we got fresh body towels and bath towels but even after asking we were not able to get a fresh hand towel which we just found a small bit strange.

Rooms are very nice and relaxing. Everything is near by. Pool was very nice as well and with a great view. Food was pretty nice.

We had a cockroach in our second floor room, and also few of our friends. Some of the reception desk speak a very bad English, and was impossible to understand anything. Rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything from all the other rooms and pool, and also some of the Thai people that were under our window and shouted all the time. Tip: Bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Also we had free bottles of water in our room - when we checked out we took one bottle with us to drink, and they said we can't check out while we have the bottle with us, but we can drink it before leaving- unbelievable!

The setting and location is great, the pool was sublime.

The staff in the restaurant clearly doesn’t really care. The Thai friendliness that we experienced at other places we did not experience here. Which is a pity - With a bit more love and care it would have been a real special place. The restaurant is not a good service/ price/quality balance

We had no idea that the room I booked was isolated which was like in the separated block with no view. The manager(black long hair with bang) upgraded the room the next day on our complaints. It is located a little far from walking street but good enough distant. Money for value!!
