Good value hotel. Good sized room with a balcony affording a nice view over Patong Bay (we stayed in a deluxe room). The hotel has two pools, one mid section of the complex and one at the top, both with nice views over the bay. so some great pictures can be had to make your friends jealous. Breakfast provided a good number of Asian and western options. There are some good local restaurants close by; however, care needs to be taken when walking along the busy road. I recommend the Mexican restaurant a few minutes walk up the road, as the food was fantastic. There is a small gym that if you get to yourself you can have a reasonable workout.

The hotel is located on a hill, so you may need to take a few elevators to get to your room, the pool, breakfast area etc, but you do get used to it. The location is about 10 minutes drive from Patong, and although there is an hourly shuttle bus provided, if you are able I would recommend renting a motor bike to give you more flexibility to get around and to get out and explore the many beaches scattered around the island. The hotel did look a bit tired in places with some areas of the hotel that were totally empty and unused. The top pool area in particular requires an urgent refresh, with tiles missing from large areas of the pool. In saying this, the hotel did represent good value for money and I have no regrets on my choice.

Excellent ocean view from our room and dining area, plethora of sumptuous food for breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff who are ever willing to be of service with a smile.

Since it is built on a slope, it is quite confusing to find our way around. Moving from the main lobby to our room and then to the breakfast area was all that we did within the hotel. Till day 5, we were quite unsure which lift to take and which level to get off. But we enjoyed all the wrong turns we took, attributing it to our good age.

Room with a view and better value compared to more expensive rooms in patong area with street or pool view. Good ala cart menu at Latitude 98 restaurant instead of just breakfast. Nice sea view for breakfast. Easy transport to patong area. Easier access to kamala beach area too. Kamala and Patong have different vibe. Good restaurants nearby such as Baan Rim Pa. Infinity pool and nice view bar.

Big resort to move or walk around or use hotel van but more private space. Need to improve maintenance but the team is very professional to resolve issue.

Beautiful property in a great location ! Exceptional service from everyone. The views are stunning and peaceful ! Great breakfast available and happy hour specials . A 10 minute taxi ride away from the beaches . Very happy we picked this hotel ( we stayed two weeks) and would definitely stay here again . A special shout out to the room attendant who made sure our room was spotless and that coffee/tea/ water was always replenished !

We had a pool ocean view suite- a bit small but for two people it was ok . My only issue was that the pool water was extremely cold ( the pools are not heated!!! ) . Due to it being in a covered space , the sun is minimal vs the hotel pools . We did not spend time in the pool because the temperature was so uncomfortable- even with the hot temperatures , it was my only disappointment and I next time I would not book that room category. Not worth paying the money for something you won't use and it was not relaxing/ enjoyable .

This hotel exceeded my expectations! This was my first trip to Thailand, and I was a little swamped with options of hotels. I did some research and picked this hotel due to its location. It ended up being the perfect place! An affordable shuttle was offered every hour to go to the nearby beaches and shopping areas. Plus, there were two infinity pools on the roof overlooking the trees, mountains, and ocean. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. An ATM was on site. I went to the gym to run nearly every morning, and the view from my treadmill was beautiful. The room was quiet, quaint, and well air conditioned. The housekeepers tidied up well every day. The WiFi was strong, and the view from the balcony was straight from a magazine. I would have lived at this hotel if I were able to. If you're traveling to Thailand, I highly recommended staying here!

We had a wonderful time at Wyndham Grand Phuket. It is perfect if you would like to be in a central area, but away from the crowds. It is also great if you want to spend a lot of time at the hotel as it has two amazing pools, great food, and a gym with sauna. The buffet breakfast was consistently very good and we also loved our room with a private pool and a view of the ocean. The bath was also huge and very comfortable. The views from the restaurant, pools and room are incredible! We were very happy with our time here and would definitely return!

Although this didn't bother us too much and is likely unavoidable, we seemed to find a lot of mosquitos on our balcony which we think was due to the private pool. Everything else was great!

Facilities and room service

One of the days due to short staff they were unable to transport us to the lobby from our room which was quite far away. Other days they were prompt and efficient.

Everything was perfect in our stay, the view was breathtaking the facility was amazing, we have enjoyed our stay, the breakfast have many different options.

Unfortunately we had an incident, we had an issue with the payment when we checked in as we didn't have enough cash then and we inform them that we will pay the other half when we check out, however, we came back the next day from our trip to James Bond island late, tired and late at night and we couldn't open the room, apparently they locked us out until we pay the other half, although we had two more nights in the same hotel, it was not nice to be treated that way and I was frustrated, you need to work on this part, its not a cool way to treat customers.

The private pool was the highlight of my stay, the view from the room was great as well. The location is so convenient and very near to patong beach The staff was so helpful, and friendly I really liked their App, they have an app to book the spa, order food in the room it was quite convenient The restaurant has a sharming view over the beach

The breakfast can be better, it was ok but there isna room for improvement

Enjoyed the stunning view from the villa and other locations in the hotel. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good . location was quiet and near patong beatch. The shuttle from the hotel to patong Beach costs 50 bat per person. (Excellent price for couples)
