Good location I asked for room on top floor when booking request was asked told me could not do until checked in. However I was surprised and pleased to find my request had been given.

Took a couple of days to get hot water sorted. Tho maintenance and cleaner friendly

Very good hotel with huge spacious rooms. Very clean inside. Large showers, nice view from the balcony. Wifi works great. The pool is quite small, but there are also relatively few people around. There are many small cafeterias and grocery stores around. Walk to the beach for 15 minutes, the same to the Central Festival store. Walk almost in a straight line. But for the first time, you should use the navigator. Will try to stay at this hotel next time.

Big, clean room. Good bed, aircon and shower. Staff super friendly and helpful. It's only a couple of minutes walk to soi buakhao but surprisingly quiet as its located in a side street on soi lenke. I had a great time staying here. For the price you pay (works out around 600 a day) its well worth it.

The restaurant was closed when we arrived but opened whilst we were there. they had a limited menu but the food was good. there was a lot of restoration being done probably because of being closed due to covid for 2 years so the facilities were limited. the work did not affect the room area.

Hotel is in good location and never far from food drink and nightlife.

Did not like the bed as little bit hard for me but just put up with it. Shower was a nightmare as either roasting hot or freezing cold so a no for me .

This hotel is located near the busy Baukhao area but is away from most of the noise, it only takes a 5 minute walk to be in the centre of the nightlife action. 24 hour security in the reception area.

Breakfast was ok. Location is close to soi Lengkee and easy access to motor bike taxis. Room was large and comfortable.

I would in future ask for a room facing away from Soi Lengkee due to the late night noise from the bars. Swimming pools were ok but from an early time in the morning (about 8am) all the deck chairs around the pool were occupied by the Russian guests which was annoying.

Hotel excellent value for money, hotel staff very polite and helpful, the Rooms cleaned everyday. The bed was very comfortable and room a decent size. The 3 Pool areas are a good size and in direct sunshine till late afternoon.

Excellent location will definitley stay at this hotel again!!

Very good breakfast - loved the daily soup. Quiet location. Even on the balcony I could sit and enjoy without hearing a lot of noise. Professional service. Internet very very good (the best I have experienced in any thai hotels so far)

The furniture could use a make over Very low seating on the couch (being a bit fat will make it difficult for you to get up again) TV not worth it (bad connection)

Great location, minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Friendly staff. I have stayed here many times before, for me the free car park is a big plus for a hotel in this price range and location ,

Previously people have mentioned poor wifi which before I had never found to be an issue this time however is surely was, wifi was non existence,
