Excellent rooms, great views, comfortable and clean

The seaside bar opens at 11, rather than 10. The price for drinks is high, e.g. bottled beer or sparkling wine costs 4-5-fold higher than in the shop 50 m away. Strange. The price for cocktails is understandable (300-360 bat, it's ok since involves work of personnel). But there is no work to present a bottle of beer 😆 Massage for couple costs almost 7k, but you can get same procedure for 1.5-2k almost anywhere. It's a luxury hotel. It's ok to pay for infrastructure, exquisite rooms and unique view, or for special treatment. However paying for something absolutely standard 4-5-fold the price leaves a so so aftertaste. Making the rooms more pricey, which are wonderful, is ok, but I would recommend leaving the prices for trivial (not special) things adequate.

The staff were so kind and very helpful The view in the room was amazing The swimming pool was 80% private I like that because other hotels they said private pool but next door room can see everything in your pool so were is the privacy!! But bandara was very good

It’s not easy to get a bolt or grab, once it took me 40 minutes waiting for a driver to accept There was no soundproof in the room I could hear the water and the doors closing from my neighbor in the next door room

I like the view of the sea and i like villa design.

I didn’t like gym because too small , and also i didn’t like burger it was full of fat and oil also the smell was bad. And also in the room i found lizard back to the bed and i sowed spider in the room . My wife felt afraid and she decided to check out but the staff didn’t want to give me my money because it was un refundable but i call booking call center they told me we can return your money but the hotel wasn’t available to refund, then they give us another villa it was better than old we didn’t see lizard inside the villa but they are a lot of lizard out side the villa they can jump on you .

The view of the sea from my room was great. The staff very very nice .

The room was 2 floors the bed room was down stairs ,it was not mentioned in the room description. The resort has alot of stairs although it had a cable car between the floors but not all floors you have to use the stairs so if you have mobility problems or if your and elderly person its very annoying .

Beautiful villa with amazing views of the ocean. Everything was clean. Staff was wonderful. We enjoyed our lovely honeymoon room decoration. All food options at the restaurant were delicious. We enjoyed a romantic four-course dinner and wine on the beach, highly recommended! The Shine Spa was a very luxurious experience and definitely worth a visit. The beach directly in front of the hotel was wonderful for swimming, not too packed and you were able to take out a stand-up paddle board or kayak out from the hotel. The villa with pool was a luxury experience. The only minus point was the ugly view of the building to the left of our pool (see last photo) - perhaps this could be covered up with a bamboo wall, same as the other pools have. The pool glass was also very dirty/foggy so you couldn’t really enjoy the view from the pool so much.

the room was great view and poole however i wish they have shower in the room. the breakfast was nice. the beach was the best privet and clean.

the hotel in south of phkuet sofar from the city it take you 45 mint to reach some area and 1 hour to airport,

This is a place am definitely coming back to! The panoramic ocean view villa was just breathtaking and even more beautiful than the pictures. What is great about this place is the attention to details all the way from the check in until check out. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the villa is amazingly clean with a magical view, everything you need you will simply find! The whole experience is one of a kind. Their food is amazing gotta try their pineapple fried rice. The beach bar is lovely you can enjoy lovely drinks by the beach. The location is amazing just 10 mins walk to a convenience store, pharmacy and great local restaurants for delicious food with ocean views. It is 20-30 mins ride to the local town. If you want an authentic Thai experience away from the overly busy commercial touristic places, Panwa beach and particularly Bandara is where you gotta be. MOST IMPORTANTLY you have to try their own SHINE SPA, another amazing experience I couldn’t have enough of it!! PS it is a 1 to 1.5 hrs away from the airport but transportation is easy and grab/bolt easily accessible there.

Great view, nice own pool and great hotel pool at the beach, direct access to the beach, free daily activities available including possibility to use canoes and sup-boards. The apartment has a nice terrace around the private pool and a nice balcony at the upstairs room. We also liked the elevator to hotel restaurant, which has an easy access to the beach and hotel pool. The room had some refreshments free of charge, and it was refilled daily. Breakfast was excellent. It included basic buffet and a breakfast menu where you could order different omelets, fruits, desserts, thai portions and more. The sandy beach was peaceful and suitable for swimming and other beach activities. The personnel was really polite, friendly and helpful. Phuket old town is within easy access by a taxi.

It is worth noting that there are a lot of stairs in the hotel area. Despite of the elevator you need to use at least some stairs.
