Lovely hotel with a fantastic beachfront location. Views from the balcony were beautiful. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was not happy with the first room I was allocated and they changed me to another room without any problems. Hotel within walking distance of both Karon and Kata and easy transport to Patong and Phuket. Breakfast was good with a good choice and service. The swimming pool and beach bar were good but for us the sea was more enticing.

The swimming pool was good however the hotels policy should be enforced more stringently in relation to use of sun beds. The pool is open from 0700 - 1900 and sun beds cannot be ‘saved’ with towels. One morning I counted 36 sun beds with towels on at 0645 and not one person in sight. Guests would leave towels on the beds during the day and go off into town and come back 2 or 3 hours later. To make it fair for everyone this should not be allowed to happen.

The location. Right on the sea front. Quiet , clean part of the beach. Easy access to the Kata market for great authentic Thai food. The rooms, hotel and pools was clean. Breakfast - good selection. Attentive staff everywhere. Allowed to check in room two hours early. Amazing sea view.

The room was lovely but felt damp and had a musty smell. Not sure why because all clean. There were plenty of sun beds but the guests adopted the get up at 6 to reverse with towels and leave them sitting there half the day. The hotel stated they would remove belongings if this happened but nothing was done. Very difficult to police. The drinks at the swim up bar were very expensive for Thailand.

Calm, quiet and in an excellent location. Right on the beach, yet the street with food, drinks, snacks, transport and shopping is just outside the front door. Fabulous food and drinks. Spacious and comfortable room with fantastic views of the beach. Very relaxing. Friendly and courteous staff. Good size resort, not too big. The Thai cooking class at the resort is highly recommended!

Too many people reserving sun beds with towels from early in the morning even though they are no where in sight.

A very intimate resort with wonderful views over Karon Beach. The location is really on the border of Kata and Karon. The staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Nina the massage lady was very good. We will return.

Please get a second English movie channel. Paramount is terrible and a waste of money. Please keep cleaning the beach near the hotel in low season.

We had a two great rooms next to each other on the ground floor. The bar was directly adjacent, which worried us initially as we thought it would be noisy, however it ended up being a great spot as the bar wasn't busy and we had a lovely view and easy access to cocktails :-). Loved the direct access to the beach and being able to watch the goings on from a distance too. The breakfast options were great and the morning staff were very friendly. The main restaurant was never very busy and I'm not sure why because the food was lovely. The rooms were clean & tidy. The location was great for popping out to the street behind for shopping, food halls, etc.

There are not enough sun beds around the pool. Despite a note in room to say there was to be no reserving them and staff would shift belongings if unoccupied for 2hours, this did not happen, with about 90% of the beds ‘reserved’ with towels on them by 8am. Quite a small pool area and certainly diminished our enjoyment. No drinks service at the pool. Cocktails were not good.

Beach: Direct access to a beautiful beach. On the beach within 200m from the hotel you find fresh coconuts for only 40 Baht and a great Beach Club where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Rooms: Good and clean rooms with a breathtaking view on the ocean. A glass wall in the bathroom makes the whole room more spacious. Breakfast: A variation of fresh fruits and vegetables every day and tasty banana muffins. If you sit outside you have a great view of the beach. Location: Definitely 10/10 , direct beach access from the hotel, many good restaurants, massage centers and shops in walking distance Service: 24h available and always helpful

Beach: Unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel was not so clean (a lot of plastic), however it was cleaned regularly. Rooms: Bed pillows weren´t so comfortable. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom and there were also sudden bursts of hot water when showering, although the hotel had put a notice about this in the shower. Breakfast: The Thai corner was not as good as expected, but the quality varied from day to day with some good and some not so good days.

Just a lovely hotel right on the beach, really good swimming pool with nice views. The room we had was ground floor with direct access to the pool. The room was spotlessly clean, what made our holiday were the staff so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. If ever you decide to stay in Karon give this hotel a serious look, will certainly be coming back. To the staff thank you for a wonderful holiday.
